Location to Ponte Vecehio was just down the road. Walking distance to most things we wanted to see. Room spacious. Breakfast selection superb. Staff excellent.

The hotel is located in a beautiful town amongst older neighborhood. Shopping and eateries all around within walking distance, quick walk to the waterfront for some relaxation. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff is friendly and always there to help. The included breakfast had selections for all, fresh made coffee for your table. High praises for the hotel.

The mattress in the bed was very uncomfortable and sunken, which caused back pain in the morning.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the main square and a 5 minute walk to the port. There is also a supermarket near the hotel. The hotel itself is small and family-run. The staff is very pleasant and they are always smiling and trying to help. The rooms are simple, but very clean and contain everything you need. The hotel also has its own restaurant with very tasty food. It is important to reserve a table for the evening because most of the time the restaurant is full during these hours.

Staff were exceptional, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good — gluten free products were requested in advance and always provided daily. Our room was lovely, very clean and a comfortable bed. The hotel is central, not noisy and very good value for money.

Nothing. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and all my needs met.

The location was simply great, aired just a few hundred metres from the ferry & boat terminals for the islands. It was calm as the hotel is in a pedestrian area, and I had very peaceful nights. Restaurants and shops were just within short walking distances.

Nice family-run hotel, not pretentious, but you have everything you need for a wonderful stay in the area, and nice and helpful staff as a bonus. It is very close to the main square of Stresa, but facing a quiet street, so no noise is coming in

It was in the picturesque old town center with many stores and restaurants and short walk to the lake. We had a bright room with balcony. We also enjoyed excellent dinners in the hotel’s restaurant.

This hotel does not have it's own parking. There is a paid and unpaid public parking behind it.

Location is great, right in the center. The room is quite spacious and clean. Simple but good breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay in hotel. Very helpful and pleasant staff! Breakfast was rich, a large selection of everything. Fish for dinner with local beer tasted great. The room equipment is not super modern, but everything was well functional and clean. I felt really good in the hotel.

Great hotel and all of the staff are absolutely outstanding! Very friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean, which ranks as number one for me. The restaurant was very good as well. I didn’t feel at all out of place being on my own. The location is excellent, with just a 5 minute walk to the boat station.

The reception is at the back of the restaurant so if you arrive at lunch or dinner time you need to cross the restaurant with your luggage to reach it. Breakfast could be improved.

Small hotel right in the centre of Stresa, very convenient for visits to the town and surrounding areas. Public parking nearby and restaurant on site. Room more than adequate for a two night stay. Friendly staff.

We stopped here last minute after a long drive up through Italy. Very simple but spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, very friendly host. First time in Stresa and we'd like to go back, so we'll certainly think about this place - very good breakfast included.
