Carpet floors should go and there was a lot of dust in our room. Seems like everyone has a problem with the temperature of the rooms because it is very hot even when we open the windows. Beds and pillows should also be improved.

Unique looking hotel. It is very near main attractions so it is easy to walk around to see ruins, and tourist spots. The staff there made our stay enjoyable and their buffet breakfast is the best!

The contrast between dark decor downstairs and in the bedroom and hospital like corridor on the bedroom floor. Cheap black carpet that hasn't worn well. It's near a busy junction so noisy throughout the night. Next time I'd want a room further from the junction and one that's on one level.

Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Very comfortable, large bed. Good bathroom. It's close to the Colossuem and Trevi Fountain, so good for the sights and a good location generally.

I had booked a room with a view, but our small balcony was fully enclosed and the only way to see a rooftop view was to stand on a chair! The bathroom products were also disappointing for a 5-star hotel, the containers had clearly been there for a while and it was impossible to read what one of them was. Lastly, the wall around the door hadn't been finished off so was just rough concrete, maybe it was a design feature but we found it very odd.

The hotel is in a great location and just a short walk away from all the key sites. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Not very good value for money. Hotel facilities are not that good and in some spaces a renovation might be helpful.

Location is definitely a plus, it is inside the city centre and really close to all touristic attractions that any visitor would be interested to visit. Also staff is very polite and available to assist.

The staff were very kind, and helped us with directions and booking taxi/restaurants. they also were able to get me checked in before 11am. that was a great bonus after 25 hours of travel time. they also gave us courtesy breakfast even though we had not paid for it on our booking. location is very central. there is some traffic noise ( this is difficult to avoid in Rome), but is was not a major drama. the room had heavy shutters and curtains that helped alleviate the noise.. I had no trouble sleeping. the beds were super comfy. The ceiling was very high in our room and gave a real feeling of space in what is probably an average size room by Australian standards.

Great location for sightseeing! It was quiet and enjoyable to stay here. Breakfast was the same items each day and it was good. Our room was fine, but rather small, I enjoyed the tiny little patio.

The breakfast was good, the staff professional and friendly. The outdoor seating area and indoor lounge area. Nice to have these areas to chill. Also the restaurant, one of my best dinners in Rome. Loved the decor of the hotel as well, nice vibe.

The carpet in the hotel. This hotel is rated 5 star, but I would have guessed more like a 3.5 star from my experience. It's just an older property. I stayed at another hotel in Rome, I think the hotels in Rome in general are not as nice compared to other locations with all fairness though.

The staff was very nice and helpful. From the moment we arrived, help with our luggage and a welcoming greeting.

The Hotel needs much of an upgrade. As a 5-star hotel we expected a little more. The hotel is very dark, the room was dark and the hallway leading to the room had no light at all. We had to use the iPhone flashlight to see where the keypad was.

The location was great as it is walking distance to all major attractions. The room was very spacious and breakfast needs a little more upgrading. Same food every day and not much of a selection. More pastries could be added.

The lift was old and rickety and had a restriction of one person as a time.

The location was brillant, minutes walk to many of the famous sites. The room was large, clean and bed was very comfy. Breakfest was 7 to 11 each day and the array of fresh fruit and lovey breads and pastries. there was also a cooked option

The only really issue was that the beautifully decorated rooms were not kept up to standards ( stains on sliding/pocket doors) walls etc. This is a bit of a shame but should not prevent you from not enjoying the place

The restaurant didn’t have a good variety on the menu. Eg. French fries

Perfect location. Not far from roman forums, colloseum, trevi fountain, spanish steps and trestavere. It was all in walking distance. Twist on a modern room. Beautiful bathroom with windows in it. Friendly and helpful staff.
