We couldn’t adjust the air conditioning (we never asked reception how to do this). It was quite a small room for 4 people. However when we booked our trip we didn’t have many other choices.

Staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. The room was clean (towels and bedding changed regularly) and great access to metro station. Quiet area too.

The shower curtain was too small it did not cover the shower, there was lots of water on the floor after a quick shower. The internet did not reach our room, so we did not have wifi.

The staff was okay. Bed was decent just a tad too firm. They brought clean towels for the second day.

Vending machine is not working. The bidet was leaking so there was a flood in our bathroom every morning 😂.

Location was very good, near the centre. The undergroung was in walking distance. They cleaned our room every day and also changed towels. Staff is nice and friendly. Wifi was working well.

Location is close to Metro and 10 min cab ride to all the main ancient attractions. The listing said breakfast 7-10 a.m. but did not provide it, which was a big disappointing since it’s not close to many breakfast options. Good room but wish the listing didn’t say it had breakfast as it was a reason we chose it.

Taste on decor is subjective (and I won't get into specifics), but the property needs some updates on certain things such as shower box and bed sheets.

The staff provided excellent service and always had a smile on their faces. The location is fantastic and only a few minutes by foot from the metro station. The hotel was very quiet and the room well cleaned. The wifi was flawless.

I think the door locks could be better.

Friendly staff and they gave easy instructions to check in even though we got there in the middle of the night. The room was spacious and they had airconditioning which is helpful in very hot weather.
