A lovely apartment in a modern and safe apartment block. In a good position and close to the metro, train and bus station. The rooms was bigger than it looked on the photos and was nice and airy with quiet neighborhood. Plenty of storage and a full kitchen for your use. Extremely clean and equiped. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom. The host is well communicated with us with all neccessary information about Rome.

Nothing was bad about the property but the shower handle could get fixed. But it’s not a big deal.

The property was very clean, roomy and was perfect for my family of 4.Ms Ilaria was very helpful and made sure she waited for us to arrive even though we had some flight delay .She familiarized us with the amenities close to us and gave us adequate info about the metro and convenient stores around. An excellent place to stay in Rome, very easy to get in dowtown by public transportation, and with all the advantages of a local residential area (not touristic): local restaurants, shops, etc. The host was super nice with lots of good recommendations where & how to go, where to eat, etc. The appartment is comfortable, clean, well equipped and big enough for 4-5 persons. Highly recommended - as the name says: Roma for you :)

You need to waste quite some water by the shower until warm comes. To be fair, this is not something, the owner can easily fix, as it comes with the house construction/design. In few years hopefully our societies will pay attention to eliminate all such environment overloading factors. And anyway, because of that it does not decrease my 5 Stars / 10 points rating!

Perfect location to have a relaxed evening and sleep away from the tourist overloaded city center. It was a bit challenging to park my car, but the owner helped me to get to the wallet parking, which then I had to decide not to take after checking my insurance policy conditions. I parked 3 days on the street in a half way border case location (next to the last painted parking place, but not disturbing any traffic/pedestrians). The apartment is big enough, the rooms and the kitchen is well equipped. We even used the wash machine, which also worked perfect. There is a supermarket few minutes ago, restaurants in 5-10 Minutes walking. We discovered on our third day, that actually it is much easier to go to the city center with the bus (there is a fast track stopping on the other side of the block), then walk 1 km to the Metro.

There was an air conditioner but only in the bedroom. In the living room, were children were sleeping was only fun which was not enough to make the room cooler. I was satisfying with the washing machine, but there were no dishwasher and the iron wasn't working properly so it was annoying. For me beds were rather heard.

The apartment was clean and tidy.
