I didn't read the part where it mentions the stairway to reach the lobby, and that breakfast is served 4 blocks away, which by the way is great.

It's clean and close to everything. Rooms are the right size with everything necessary.

The rooms are inside a normal building, which is not really a bad thing. Breakfast is in a separate building, but it is very close as well, just to keep in mind if you consider that important.

Francesca was a great host. Very patient and caring. She went long ways to make everything as good as possible during our stay. The location is very good, as you can leave the hotel and visit a lot of attractions by walking distance. Room is comfortable and have good sound isolation.

Sound insulation is quite poor. Other hotel guests can be heard behind the wall, as well as sounds from the corridor. Although the bed is very large, the mattress is flat.

All main tourist attractions are within walking distance, so great location. The room is cleaned daily, towels are changed. The staff is very nice and tries to adapt to the customers. Breakfast is simple but delicious. You can make coffee or tea for free. A bottle of water is left when cleaning the room.

The bed was next level I comfortable. Generally a bed never bothers me when we go away but I’ve barely slept all week and when it’s your first child free holiday it’s gutting

Sound proofing wasn't as good as we expected, we may have just been unlucky with noisey neighbours. We found the bed uncomfortable, could feel the springs , so we didn't sleep well at all.

Not their fault, but there were children running up and down at the floor above, just above my head....that is a pity, because that was a little stressful but for the rest everything was perfect! And just a little thing for the shower head that needs to be fixed, could not put it higher...but there was still the nice rain shower though.

The very clear instructions for self check in, the welcome with prosecco, the kindness, the big bed, beautiful room, friendly staff, clean, very good, tasty and big choice for breakfast. Unfortunately we arrived very late at breakfast the second day but they did everything so that we still had all the choice and they waited for us to finish to take everything away, a special thanks for that!! 🥰 And last but not least the location was very good. A lot of places to visit less than 20-30 minutes walking.

The only thing to note is there are 2 steps to climb to get to the main door and then once in an additional 11 steps without a handrail to get the check-in lobby. Be ready to handle your luggage on your own if you overpacked as we did.

This hotel offers a very pleasant stay with a nice room and an excellent and safe location close to key attractions like the Vatican and Colosseum which are definitely walkable. The staff is very accommodating and extremely helpful. Breakfast, though at a separate location, is within a 10-minute reach.

The spacious and contemporary room boasted an exceptionally large bed, possibly the widest I've ever slept on. Despite our check-in falling outside the standard hours, the provided self-check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. The breakfast, hosted at their nearby hotel within a short 3-5 minute walk, offered limited options, yet the quality and taste of the food were delightful. The reception team exhibited exceptional friendliness and warmth throughout our stay.

It was quiet warm in the room and airco was not working properly. Opening the window was the best idea.

The location near the river and by the city is very good. The room is basic but everything you need to spent the night. Good contact the host to facilitate your check-in.

The beds were not comfortable, if you are staying a couple of nights is ok but I wouldn’t be able to stay longer sleeping in those beds.

The location of the property is really good, we were able to walk to The Vatican, Piaza Navona, Fontana di trevi and even to the Coliseum that I thought would be too far but not. The host was really nice, she helped us look for tickets and she was so kind to send us breakfast in the room as she knew we were leaving very early to the airport.

Exceptional location. Being walking distance from all major historical landmarks was amazing. Air conditioning was also a big plus. The last thing I’d love to mention about this property is that the staff are exceptional. They booked private drivers for our transportation with very nice, knowledgeable drivers. The staff were very kind and accommodating during our time in Rome.

The breakfast was a 5 minute walk at another location, but really not a big deal. We got ready for our day, stopped in for breakfast, and then headed out. Note though there is a great self serve coffee machine where our rooms were.

Perfect location. We walked to every sightthere is to see in Rome. The room was immaculate. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Free breakfast buffet was always fresh and delicious.

Rooms were excellent in size and comfort. Very clean as well. I personally would have liked coffee and tea facilities in the room but they were available just outside in the hall which was still ok. Biscuits were really nice too. Staff are excellent, Sarah is really friendly and it helps having someone from our end of the world to explain how things work in Rome and what places to go see etc.
