This location is conveniently close to popular attractions such as the Vatican City, St. Peter's Square, and Vatican Museum. The hostess, Mary, is extremely accommodating and willing to provide extra assistance. There are also several Italian restaurants in the area for those who enjoy dining out.

We had two rooms, in one shower was a used razor and in the other did the suer in the shower flood with some nasty things and stink when someone on the floor over us used their bathroom.

Room was always wet, clotes become wet during night , there was no heater to dry. Breakfast was in other place, in 2-3min walk.

The customer service is really bad, they still own me some money, after more than 2 weeks and they don't answer my messages. The breakfast is really poor, literally is a cup of coffee and a croissant, that's it, breakfast is out of the building.

Only that we wished we had a balcony in our room instead of a window. There shouldn't be a door knob on the outside of the room door but you enter the room only with the key.

We liked the fact that it was quiet, very clean, everything nearby and a great breakfast. We were welcomed and cared for exceptionally well. We had a great holiday and this was also thanks to the Rome Vatican Suite and Mary who is really a great person. She was so patient and caring with our son.

As it was so hot at night maybe a sheet change mid week would have been nice but that is all

If like us we just wanted a bed and shower this is the place for you. The apartment was in an excellent location close to most things or to old rome a 30min walk a lovely cheap pizza restaurant just round the corner excellent shops 2 blocks away the staff were lovely they arranged taxi pick up and departure and we could leave our cases there while we had a last walk round.also just so you know breakfast is 8.30 not 7 as we were told maybe a translation problem. Totally enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again when we return.

Too much stay

It was under construction and we woke up to the noise of workers beh and of our window, then they cut the water for almost 25 min in the morning before checking out! Bad Wi-Fi, bad. Breakfast, just the host was friendly

Excellent attention from the receptionists and Mateo the owner! Excellent location, apartment, exquisite breakfast! With my family we are very grateful They were super understanding at check-in and check-out times! I recommend it 100% if I had had more days available I would have continued to stay with them without a doubt! But without a doubt I will return! Thank you so much

We waited at the airport for Airport pick-up transfer, but driver did not arrived. I called the property and end up cancelling the transfer and get the Airport Taxi instead, but no problem it was easy to get taxi in the airport, with queu but still manageable.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the Filipino staff name Mary Claire. She is very helpful and cheerful. She make sure that our trip in Italy is fun and safe. Overall, i’m going stay again in this Hotel and i will reccommend this to my friend. Thanks for making our visit to Vatican/Rome much better.
