The property was beautiful and so pleasant to stay in! The bed was so comfortable and decor amazing. It’s located in the perfect place in Assisi too allowing us to see all of the town. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. We received exceptional service from everyone.

Location is superb. The beds are comfy pillows are soft. Very fresh and delish coffee very good pastry very tasty . Rita and Olympia exceptional people very nice, caring and helpful. Will come back and book again without hesitation .

The location was excellent - about half way between the Basilica di San Francesco d'Assisi and the large Mojano parking lot with elevators and escalators to the Basilica di Santa Chiara. The room size was good with plenty of space for clothes. The selections for breakfast were not great but more than adequate. Breakfast is not scheduled to start until 8:30 AM (but is open as of 8:00 AM), which is a little bit of a problem if you want to get an early start on the day. The staff was most helpful and courteous.

An option to have a later check out would perhaps have been handy. But i understand the rooms need cleaning and prepping. It was a very busy little guest house!

All staff were attentive, polite, friendly at all times. Room was beautiful! Everything was clean, attention to detail was everywhere from the room finishes to the breakfast lay out. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and the coffee was exceptional.

The location was perfect as centrally placed for all the main places in Assisi to walk to. The staff were so lovely. Always a smile and good morning at breakfast. Happy to help, make a coffee and for my birthday I had an Italian cake at breakfast! How kind and thoughtful. Clean and full of character rooms. Definitely stay again.

Traffic noise around the property is unfortunate, but unavoidable.

The apartment is in the center, close to the Piazza del Communale, all sites in walking distance. Our room was nice, very stylish, sunny and comfortable. Olympia is extremely kind and friendly.

Since Assisi is an old town, the access to the reception has been a bit complicated. We managed to drive in the town, got closer to the reception and dropped off the luggage. Then we needed to drive to the public parking which was 10min walk. But I believe that there is no other way to drive and park somewhere within the old town.

Located in the middle of the village, everything was within a walking distance. The apartment was 3 min from the reception, but it was not a problem. The apartment was clean, modern, functional, and equipmed with kitchen and washing machine. They all worked well.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Location was perfect for walking up and down Assisi. Wish we had stayed for longer. Our room felt very authentic with a modern bathroom and very clean and tidy. Our hosts were lovely and very pleasant. With limited Italian for us and there English being very good this made out stay very comfortable and made us feel very welcome. If we return to we would stay again. Breakfast was lovely with some lovely coffee. Finally they ordered us a taxi to the train station which was like a tour with a very knowledgeable driver. The isolation is not that great: at night we heard kids from other room making noises (probably through the ventilation in the bathroom, so it was solvable if you close the door). After check out we asked to leave our backpacks in the breakfast area (cause there is no the reception as such), but we could do so only until 1 pm.

The location was amazing: B&B is placed on a calm, quiet street, but strategically close to both the Basilica of San Francesco and the city centre. The staff was also really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was very rich and really delicious, offering also local products, such as rocciata. The room had a great Assisi vibe: with a wooden ceiling and stone walls, with windows looking on the typical Assisi street.

We stayed during a hot day, the air condition could not keep up with the temperature needed for a cool evening sleep otherwise everything else is great! Thank you Olympia for being so accomodating and taking the extra way for us to have a wonderful stay in Assisi.

Nothing to dislike except the a/c doesn’t come on until June 1st. Our stay was from 5/27 - 5/28, so it was a little warm in the room. One of the reasons I picked the property because in the description it states A/C.
