Laundry baskets should be dealt with at a later time not early in the morning due to the noise while still sleeping. Needs some furniture refurbishment.

My only nit pick thing was the eggs were cooked in some kind of pork fat and as a vegetarian I couldn’t eat it but there were plenty of options.

I liked the staff! So friendly. We stayed here 20 years ago on our honeymoon and now brought a whole group for a vacation. You cannot beat the location.

The building is very, very old - inside.... The door is not secured, noisy.

Unfortunately the internet was not working at least first 3,5 days (out of 5 days) and I was getting answers like a technician is working on it or that the stuff cannot do more as it is working for others. Finally one nice girl at the reception helped with fixing it. Unfortunately , I don't remember her name. But want to say thank you to her again. Breakfast could be bit divers - we had the same menu every day.

Location, And in general it was good. I think next time in Venedig I might book the same hotel provided that that the internet connection will be available already from the first day of the stay.

The bed was horrendous. It was permanently dented from all of the bodies that slept on it, you could feel the few springs and I barely slept at all while there. Otherwise, it was an amazing stay.

The location is amazing and the facilities decorated very classically.

Location was perfect!! A stones throw from St Mark’s Square! Staff were so incredibly helpful and were really friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

Bathroom needs a renovation, very small space to shower in. Shower curtain kept clinging onto me while I showered. Breakfast was included and acceptable.

I loved it as it was central to everything. Supermarket next door. Many restaurants near by to choose from. Highly recommend.

Be aware Venice is not a easy city to navigate and to get to the hotel you will have to carry cases up and down a set of stairs over a small bridge, this may be problematic for some and hotel did not inform us of this. Some rooms are in a anex building and the lift access is very small. Bathroom is large but old and hairdryer provided is very poor. Bed was very hard and pillows were not good.

Room was large with good facilities if a little dated. Location is excellent seconds from St Marks Square. Breakfast was good. Staff helpful and professional.

our room was no. 403. the room itself was small with very little storage space and the furniture was old and very worn but worst of all the Bathroom was exceptionally small and very narrow approximately 70cm wide. It’s a good job I was of slim build. when we were leaving the reception desk never even asked how our stay was or was everything alright.

room door had a problem when close it. Luggage is not in protected room and doesn’t have any control who has access to it.
