There were ants on the coffee table in the room and a few bugs in the bathroom. When I informed the hotel staff, they immediately took care of it.

I liked the service. The room was comfortable. The location suited me because I wanted to stay at a relatively quiet neighbourhood. This is a nice and quiet location which is also just a 10 minute walk from the Salute stop on the Grand Canal. The nearby restaurants and small cafes have excellent food.

Fantastic, quiet location within a 5 minute walk of the Salute water bus. Take Line 1 from the station. Short walk to Accademia Bridge and quick access to St Marks Square. Excellent breakfast!! Courteous, helpful staff who speak English well! Can’t say enough.

Great location in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, close to the water bus stop, and easy to walk to the other side of the channel to access Saint Mark's Square. The hotel is modern and nice, the room was quiet, warm, and clean, with a comfortable bed and we had a very nice view from the window. It was good to have a kettle, tea, and coffee in the room. The breakfast was exceptional.

I highly recommend Salute Palace to anyone looking for a serene and beautiful location on the canal. The modern design without unnecessary trite furniture or colors is truly appreciated by an artist like myself. While there are no on-site restaurants, there is a morning breakfast available until 11. Additionally, there is a hotel next door with an excellent restaurant and service.

Pressure of the water in the shower was quite slow. It was possible to hear other rooms walking/ moving chairs. We were able to sleep quite well but it may be a problem depending on the other guests.

Very well located, with water bus (4 min walking) or even taxi at the entrance if needed. Bedrooms were ok size and with air conditioning, so temperature was perfect. The rooms had a nice mixture of antique and clean/fresh lines new which we liked. Similar of what the photos showed. Place was clean, cozy, and staff were very nice and helpful!

The staff Elisa who checked us in was very friendly & explained well. The room was clean but not that big. We checked in on Valentine’s Day, the hotel gave a surprise by decorating the bed, chocolates & a handwritten welcome note.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was huge.

The breakfast was the best part, lots of variety and very accommodating and running from as early as 7 until 11. Slightly out of the way of St Marks meaning it was quiet. All of the staff were lovely and would always greet as you came and went
