Poor wi-fi. The same breakfast after 5 days, borring, but not bad.

Amazing pool and great lunch and dinner options. The location is great for families. Quiet and relaxing.

Wonderful facility, wonderful team! Nothing was missing and we immediately went into relaxation mode. Our 18 month old son immediately settled in and was able to enjoy the pool, the playground, the house and the entire facility in general. Great restaurant but the real heart of the place are the staff people!

This is a very nice resort with wonderful rooms and facilities. It is located a bit far from the sea (not a walking distance), but for us that was the beauty of it. It has a large swimming pool and basketball, tennis facilities. Also a playground.

PLEASE RENT A CARE IF YOU GO HERE. The location is remote and taxis are extortionate. 10 min drive 40 Euro! The food was terrible. I paid about £11 a day for breakfast, expecting a lot more than egg, cake, day-old croissant, hard bread and something that looks like bacon but didn't taste like it. I felt ripped off but due to the location taking a cab to town would have been worse.

It was a lovely place to stay. Staff were so welcoming and ensured I could check in early called cabs when needed for us and the room was cleaned daily. My room was clean and was a great space, My friend's room was bigger and literally had everything you could have, iron, cooking pots, cutlery and most importantly for British me....a kettle! Wine from the shop was also reasonable and they accepted Apple pay so I was happy.

For what seems like a hotel, you still have to throw your own trash and clean up the kitchen. We didn't mind, but it seemed like they could offer this service. I would not recommend the nearby free beach, just stay in their pool!

The pool (with slide) facilities were excellent for with a child. Our room had a very nice patio, but not all rooms/appartments had this. Restaurant was good value for money (we had one dinner there). Playground was also nice.

The view of the city electricity plant and the highway far away in the background kind of ruined the magic of the place, nothing too bad, you ignore them after a while but it's something guests should be aware of before arriving.

Facility well kept, with gardens and flowers, Staff was very kind and always helpful. Fantastic Swimming pools also the kids had so much fun. Restaurant has some excellent food, top italian quality with local production. The facility has various areas for sports, also kids had different playgrounds and could run around freely which is a huge bonus for families.

loud music and fireworks well past midnight. no warning or heads up given on check in. we had young children and this was not acceptable for what appeared to be a family location. no apologies or explanation given by staff. would not recommend.

It wasn’t warm enough in May to properly use the pool. Might suggest heating one of the pools or adding a hot tub?

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful in helping us organise transfers, taxis and amenities advice.

Although the room was quite big, the bath compared to the rest of the space was pretty small. When entering there were dead mosquitos on the walls, they seem not even bother to clean it. The fridge and the air condition were noisy and we had a room with a widow front, although nice, it was unfortunately not possible to darken the room completely. The breakfast was ok, but it was nothing explained how the procedure works or what they even offer.

For the price the hotel was fine. Maybe its better to go in the middle of the season or even with your family, since they do have a pool and activities to offer. The bed was big and comfortable. You need definitely a car, but if you do have one there are nice places to visit. The area is not very touristy, the beach is nice and is very calm.
