Very hidden location, we could find it only after we spun around the building for some times:(, without a very visibile logo. In fact, is a B&B location, not a hotel. And the accomodation space has a metalic door that everybody slam it, no matter hour...so your sleep is negative affected...

Easy location for interest points: Spanish neighborhood, Piazza Plebiscito, Via Toledo, Old city... Large room and clean.

Premises for breakfast are very very small and the girl was nice but she was lonely there in busy time and did not have time to replace missing food. In room you can hear every tiny noise from other room.

Accomodation has great location - near metro station, port and Piazza Plebiscito. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Cleanness was OK. Breakfast is basic but tasty - croissant, ham, cheese, bread, yogurt, juice and coffee.

I'm sorry to say this, but the breakfast was poor for a 3-star hotel. No vegetables in sight, one type of cheese, one type of meat, only croissants and that's pretty much it. But good coffee.

Beautiful rooms, very clean and spacious, and a large comfortable bed! Good value for money, with breakfast included. The hotel was in a safe area (which is important in Napoli). We had a room with a balcony (we were upgraded to a suite by the very nice staff), we had a nice street view, a desk, plentiful space to deposit our stuff, a clean bathroom, a desk, a safe, clean towels - beautiful. The area is easy to reach by metro or even a moderate walk from the train station. Perfect!

Friendly staff who accommodated my late night arrival when I missed my ferry! Very clean and comfortable rooms, and a great location if you’re needing to use the port. Breakfast was good too.

We slept 5 nights in this hotel and were told that we were given an upgraded room, which walls were molded. Unfortunately, they didn’t have another room, so we had to stay in that stinky room. (203). The hotel ordered a taxi for us to go to the airport. We paid 27€ in the hotel, but the real cost was not even 17€. Cashing 10€ from us for a call? The breakfast could have been richer for a price that goes over 100€ per night and that increases in the weekend.

Perfect location for a short stay (if you have to catch a ferry). The staff was kind and helpful.

Soundproofing would be necessary, as we could hear what the other guests are talking about (or when they were singing in the bathroom :)). Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Personally I missed some scrambled eggs, or any type of eggs, but I'm also aware that in Italy many places serve only 'Italian breakfast'.

Location was great (for us). We arrived with a ferry, stayed only for 1 night, therefore for us it served as a great base. We received a room upgrade upon arrival which was great. We had a room on the second floor; it was clean, well equipped and modern. It had everything that we needed.

The street of the hotel looks suspicious. The hotel itself from the outside looks like creepy hostel - there is no hotel facade, it is just an apartment building and feels really not ok until you get into the room. The size of the room is small - big bed with small path around it. The bathroom is small and the shower cabin is even smaller. We had issues with the hot water that needed to be fixed. Also you have to wait several minutes for the hot water to come.

The people were really kind and very very helpful! The room was way better than the pictures. It was very modern, with air conditioner, big TV with many apps, even Netflix profile. The bathroom was also very modern. The location was good, near the tourist attractions and metro station. The breakfast was very limited but enough if you are not too picky.

Location was great, right next to Piazza Municipio and Castel Nuovo, the hotel is part of an old and beautiful building, room is comfy and clean. Breakfast needs some improvement, croissants were a little stale but still tasty. In general - good value for money.

You can hear everything is reception so when a child was screaming in the reception it woke me up. So you get a lot of mosquitoes in Napoli and there is no air conditioning. So if you get hot at night you can't really open the window and if you do, expect to be feasted on by a cloud of mosquitoes. So possibly the hotel could invest in that it would make the stay a lot nicer.

Location is really good, room is comfortable. Breakfast was not bad at all. Staff were so nice and really helpful.
