We absolutely loved our 5 day stay here! The staff were so friendly, breakfast was amazing, and the grounds are beautiful! The pools at the hotel are lovely to spend a morning/afternoon in. We also really liked the location (can walk to Poseidon spa and the beach and there are several restaurants nearby), and with the bus stop right outside it was so easy to get anywhere on the island. The staff also helped us arrange our taxi to the port on our last day and we really appreciated all their help throughout our stay!

It would be lovely if they added a higher quality natural yogurt to the breakfast selection. Plain Yogurt was very popular during our stay and I think all the guests would appreciate one of the natural Sudtirolese yogurts widely available in Italy.

The setting is perfect! Sea views and 4 thermal pools are gorgeous and in addition on the practical front the bus stop to tour the island is a one minute walk away. The staff were marvellous - very helpful and accommodating.

The room floor was not cleaned daily and the bed was made badly. The cleaner had several hours time to clean when we went for lunch and when we came back the room was still not cleaned. We booked a room with terrace but it was not private and was over looking the parking lot.

The garden is stunning and there are several pool and sun bathing areas. Breakfast was very good.

Beautiful hotel nested in the hills with a premium view. The 4 pools (3 which doesn’t allow children… so it is quiet!!!!) are great! Nice breakast with a lot of options. Situated at 100m from the bus station number 2 which allows u to go around the island easily (or they can help u rent a scooter for 35€/day) Great massage to finish a perfect week!

You must wear a swim cap in the pools, but instead of offering them to guests they have to be purchased. Guests also have to pay to rent pool towels and pay for bottled water. Considering how much the rooms cost per night it would have been nice for those expenses to be covered by the hotel. The WiFi is not the best.

Great location! Close walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and a minimart. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff members are very friendly & accommodating.

The only complaint was that in the age of easy to use self-serve coffee machines, coffee at breakfast was not quick in coming and not that good (particularly in Italy). Perhaps they should consider investing in a couple coffee machines for guest use freeing up staff to replenish food on the buffet or clean tables.

The pools and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a lovely terrace with a small table and chairs. The A/C was a welcome relief from the heat in the late afternoon. The staff was friendly and attentive, even alerting us that the ferry we had from Forio had been canceled and arranging a taxi to the other port to catch the ferry to Naples.

Doors were very loud sometimes would wake us but the minor inconvenience was def worth the small sacrifice.

Room and whole hotel was super cute and very clean. There thermal pools were awesome. Walking distance to small downtown area with shops/market, beach, and some great restaurants. Would recommend also walking to the Poseidon thermal baths! Breakfast was absolutely phenomenal with fresh juices and tons of options. Front desk staff was great at arranging affordable taxi rides. Also check out the spa offers they were very affordable I got a massage that was great and a couple friends got massages and facials that were great!

The AC went off as planned daily during day, 9-2 pm. The fan was only adequate when we were there and over 90 degrees outside. I got a few mosquito bites at lower pool when I did not use spray. I highly attract them, not the property’s fault.

The breakfast was great and plentiful. The view was wonderful on the upper floor and grounds are pretty. I loved the tiles. The staff was very helpful with our luggage , and got us a taxi van for 30 euros from Ischia port. Pools were old but fabulous. The stairs were even and easy to climb. Beds are very firm, my preference is firm but its 9/10 firm. The internet worked most of time but not reliable every minute of day. I was not there for business so it did not bother me too much. The local bus is down the a tree lined path thats not lit but its a 1 minute walk and beach access is across the street. Occasional locals sit on path and it felt creepy at first but we felt safe since theres a few guests around until late. Hotel is pretty quiet but one evening there was loud music on beach restaurant for a bit and coming from upper hotels. It was okay and done by 11 pm . Its quiet inside the room always and on property. You can purchase food at lunch time then simple snacks and drinks until late at night . Please enjoy all the thermal pools. It was so peaceful and only used our first and last evening.

Half the plug sockets were the old-fashioned Italian style and half the modern EU Schuko style. The former don't work with most modern travel adapters. We ended up having to charge everything in a socket in the bathroom!

Delicious breakfasts. Lovely gardens. Very convenient for the Giardini Poseiden Thermal Baths park. Lovely view of the sea/sunsets from the private terrace outside our room.

A gorgeous oasis of calm with beautiful ‘hanging gardens’, three relaxing thermal pools for adults (no kids, no dogs), and a main thermal pool. Our superior sea view room was spacious, well decorated with vietri tiles and a lovely view of the sea. Friendly staff and good food (breakfast and lunch).

The only thing was a loud hammering from the workers in the room next door during the day.

The view was the most fantastic panorama you could imagine. The hanging gardens with a lot of bronze statues, flora and four thermal pools with great massage features were over the top. The staff was Uber fantastic too and will arrange everything for you. Poseidon is only two minutes away by foot.
