The first style of room was quite cramped with little air flow. But we were out sight seeing most of the day so it worked out.

The staff were overly kind, generous and super helpful. They assisted us efficiently and correctly with each question we asked. The property was convenient to all sight seeing in Rome. Perfectly located a stones throw from a bakery, gelato and wine bar. The breakfast and its staff were excellent.

Loved everything especially the staff. One slight negative, the breakfast room is quite chaotic in the way it is set up and the hot food was lukewarm.

The only thing that was challenging was the noise from outside, which is out of the hotel’s control. A room with a courtyard view is quieter than one that is against the street.

The location can’t be beat; the breakfast was wonderful; the staff was great; the rooms were comfortable.

Position is perfect if you are in Rome to explore. It is in the old side of town near all the main attractions. Staff also friendly, polite and super helpful. Also it looks like it has been renovated recently

Love this place! The breakfast was great. The staff was awesome and very helpful, especially Gina always asked if we need anything and Manuelle made the best coffee in the breakfast area. Reception staff was pleasant and helpful too. The location was walking distance to pantheon and Trevi fountain. Rooms kept clean and nice.

Little things: Our room could have used 3 hooks to hang robes or towels. Our toilet seat kept slipping under us, we were too busy touring and kept forgetting to mention it, so that’s on us.

The location was perfect, abt 30 min walking time to the Colosseum, Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain. We were warmly welcomed, able to stow bags safely while touring and waiting for room to be available. A delicious full breakfast every morning. All staff were very friendly and helpful . We especially enjoyed chatting with Leonardo every morning. We were able to get a room w 3 twin beds, perfect for our party. Room was clean and modern and comfortable. We also enjoyed the lovely rooftop bar twice during our 4 night stay.

The suite rooms are very large and plenty of room for storing clothing, luggage, etc. The bathrooms are big enough and have enough room as well. The breakfast is delicious and the coffee and cappuccino service was wonderful.

All was good. Loads of breakfast choices and coffee made to order.

Location was terrific on charming cobblestone side street but close to major sites and quiet at night. Felt like a real neighborhood. Leonardo at the reception desk went above and beyond to be helpful. Gelateria two doors down was a plus. Room was clean and comfortable…not huge but that didn’t matter. Comfy beds.
