Florence never disappointed me! :) Location is perfect! Very central.. My stay was comfort, room is small but cosy and enough for sleeping.. The hotel was really nice with an old classic style! Adorable :) Andrea, was very gentle and helpful, he was there for any question or need, caring and responding with a smile. Many Thanks to him. Absolutely I recommend this hotel!!

I lived in a building behind the corner from the hotel itself, on the 3d floor, and there was no elevator. Also no airconditioning in the room (although I didn’t need it). The price was quite high, but that counts for Florence in general.

I stayed here for 9 days. The location is perfect, the duomo is within walking distance, the busstop, a small supermarket and restaurants are all nearby. I was supposed to stay in a room with a shared toilet/bathroom, but the hotel offered me a room with its own bathroom for free. The room was small, but clean. There was an iron and a hairdryer in the hallway, which was very convenient.

Andrea is a very good host, gave us direction with a map on all the iconic places, also the restaurants where you can enjoy your meal with reasonable prices. This place is a gem as it is close to all the landmarks if you want to explore Florence. The room we occupied doesn’t have an ensuite bathroom but sharing with other people is not a problem given that there are 3 toilet and bathroom that you can use. There is a water dispenser for hot and cold water and free tea bags provided. There is also a coffee vending machine where you pay €.60 for your chosen coffee. Overall, it is a lovely and reasonable place to stay if you’re not too fussy sharing the toilet and bathroom with other people. Will definitely stay again if I have to travel back to Florence.

There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room and there are no screens on the windows. And without open windows it is impossible to sleep because of the heat.

Mosquitoes at night were terrible. We did not know before the check-in about extra payment of taxes- for a night stay in Firenze.

The location of the accommodation is good- near the main sights, the shower and room are clean. The host is helpful and cheerful, we could phone him and ask for directions.

- I had a difficult time finding the property initially, as the reception opened slightly later than advertised - the windows do not insulate/hide the sound of nighttime conversation from the streets - the windows rattle very loudly if a helicopter goes over/near the building

- wifi - room light/decor was cute and bed was comfortable - reception was this one very sweet old man after I found the place - warm water in the shared area! (I got sick and had to drink a bunch of that)

Nice place, very good location near the center, all places accessible by walk. Adrean is very friendly and accomodating. Mattress wasnt very comfortable though, was slipping due to small size of the bed. Rest all very good.

I didn't like the separated bathroom from the bedroom. And I also didn't like how thin the door was so people outside could hear us in our bedroom.

The host was very nice, polite, and responsive to all requests. The room was also very clean and well kept and perfect size for a couple.

I switched my spacious room without the internet for a tiny room with very good internet, no ventilation and suddenly a sink as a bonus. Can't have all of those, I guess.

I think for Florence the hotel provides good value for such a convenient location (10' to Duomo). The custodian Andrea was very nice and helpful.

for me personally it was most comfortable bed in whole Italy, awesome location, easy to come by a bus from train station, easy to come to airport with tram 10 minutes from here, close to all the main attractions and great cafes, and can’t mention the lovely dog Garry, such a cute doggie🥰

The only issue was that the showers often flooded. Before booking I would just make sure that this problem is addressed & you should be good to go otherwise!

Beautiful, unique building with an unbeatable view of Florence. Andrea was extremely kind and accommodating. Even with a language barrier, he actively responded to all of my messages throughout my stay. The location was perfect. Walking distance to all of the sites we wanted to see but also right next to a bus stop if we didn’t feel like walking.
