The Hotel entrance is weird, Cannot really explain it here. The staff could take a little better care of the basic amenities.

Very good place to stay in. Would recommend it to anyone, cleanliness was good. It is right in front of a train station but a little far from city centre, so location is decent. For some reason the gate or entrance was a little weird. Beds were really very comfortable. Overall a good experience.

I have missed tomatoes at breakfast for the available cheese. The prizes for the different nights were different, I was not aware.

The bed is very comfortable, but there are twin beds not a large bed. The single bed is large though. The bathroom was well equipped. It was good, that there was an early breakfast. The hotel was close to the metro station, but somehow far from the university for a hotel for events at the university. However, no other was closer.

Every went really well. Perhaps the hotel description could explain the 'secure gates' access, so people aren't put off by the exterior appearance on approach.

Easy to find, right opposite the Metro station with easy transport links into Milan. Good parking and a supermarket just around the corner if you need to stock up with anything.

A good espresso at breakfast could have been a touch more. But the only real remark I have is the administration, which is not that efficient (I had to request the receipts three times, even if I asked in writing in advance). And they not very flexible, asking absurd high prices when there is a group staying a week and asking for a small meeting room for 2 hours. By night, the Bicocca area is not the safest (they have to close the gate otherwise thieves come in).

The hotel is high quality, even if a bit "old style". The rooms are clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is big enough, and the shower warm and strong. The personnel is kind. Breakfast is good for international standards and well organised. The location is also convenient, just in front of the Metro station.

The room was very cold. I left heating on at the maximum but it couldnt reach the desired temperature. TV works very strange and you cannot operate with it properly.

Staff was very friendly, both at reception and at breakfast room. Breakfast can be just a little better by including better cheese and bread selection and variety of eggs (no fried eggs by the way).

Enormous starter on day 1 which I couldn't finish! I couldn't change the heating setting I would have liked the ability to make a hot drink in my room.

Lovely food. Really delicious. Great service and cleanliness. Friendly people so I felt looked after on my own. The room was spacious and comfy bed. Good location for getting to where I needed to be.

Traveling a few times each month to Milan from France, our stay with STARHOTELS TOURIST has exceeded our expectations in comparison with most hotels of the same rating. I really liked being in this hotel. Beautiful, comfortable place, pleasant and polite staff. Delicious breakfasts and coffee. The food in the hotel restaurant is also very tasty and the portions were unexpectedly large. The room was cozy and warm. The bathroom is very spacious. The location is convenient, a few steps from the metro station.
