It was a little harder to find, since it was our first stay in Suite Art - we walked around the building twice and had to ring the hotel to find out how to get into the building, which we couldn’t see the exact location on google maps, but that’s all! Look for door number 20 😉

The location couldn’t have been any better for our trip - a short walk from Piazza Navona and 5-10 mins of a walk from the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain! We also found that the location was ideal for us to walk everywhere that we wanted to see, so I would recommend Navona neighborhood for any future tourists

I would have loved if it had a coffee machine as l wake early and want an expresso.

Location perfect and everything at the front door, walked everywhere with fabulous restaurants & shops but still quiet at night. Bed comfortable and Netflix and everything you can want on easy to use tv. I had a suite room facing the street.

I was in an economy room and it was very basic, no bar in hotel (although there are a few on the doorstep). Room was very warm and would hate to think how it is in the summer.

The location was perfect, staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

We didn't like that the wall between the bathroom shower and the room was translucent. Also, water leaked from the shower into the room.

The location is great, within walking distance to the Vatican, piazza navona and the pantheon. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating.

There are some details as walls with no paint, dirty surfaces, bathroom with humidity, the people at the front desk change and they do not feel very professional. The hotel fit its purpose but is not a very constituted place and feels very informal in the way they manage things. They have great potential they just need to have greater attention for detail and be more formal in their functioning

Wifi cut out a few times when streaming. Bathrooms are a little dated.

Walking distance to all the main attractions. 11:30 check out. The room was cleaned & fresh towels provided everyday & a mini fridge in the room! Reception staff were extremely helpful when we checked in.

Building is relatively unmarked and reception is on the first floor up a flight of stairs which can be a bit odd when first entering.

Property is in a great location, staff are friendly and the place has a lift so if you have baggage you are okay to stay here as well. Spacious room and bathroom, had free toiletries and change of linen everyday we were there if we wanted.

The location was great, you are walking distance from many of the sights in Rome, the room has a mini bar for you convenience and the is a small market just around the corner. The room was big and comfortable, there was a bit of a heat wave in Rome and it was great getting back to the nice and cool hotel room with A/C.

Sadly the air conditioning was broken in our room so the first two nights were uncomfortable. They managed to move us to a better room for the last two nights but the weather had already changed and grown cooler so air conditioning wasn't necessary.

Great location near the Piazza Navona and walking distance (no more than 30) to other points of interest like the Pantheon, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Forum and Piazza de Popoli. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with any issue. In fact, we thought we'd left something in the room after check out (we didn't) but Rizwan was very prompt in communicating about the item.
