The lack of hot water in shower 🫣

The host was great and the apartment was lovely in a prime location ! I wish city taxes were inc at time of booking 🫣 the shower only stayed warm for a minute or 2 which was disappointing , we had plenty of shampoo , towels and utilities at our disposal . There is a shop right outside the main door and cafes on the street , we could walk to all major attractions . Overall good value for money and a lovely apartment .

Very close to metro station -Cavour, walking distanse to Termini Railway Stadion, walking distanse to Colloseum. Nice restaurants and breakfast cafe and mini markets just next door. The flat is spacious and clean.

Perfect location and a really helpful host - Stefano :) The apartment is spacious and so clean. I was really impressed by the cleanliness. It’s within walking distance to most of the landmarks in Rome. You can very easily reach the Vatican on bus number 64. Stefano was responsive, always available and ready to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this place. It’s worth the money :) Thank you Stefano!

Our host arranged both transportation from the airport for us and a late check in. Both were appreciated and went without any problem. Apartment was very clean, excellent location, plenty of outlets. At check in we, host oriented us to attractions, transportation and grocery stores. Host also arranged transportation when we departed which was again a huge hellp.

Unfortunately the mattresses on the bed and couch were very inconvenient, they're super soft and do not hold the form.

Location: The apartment location is super convenient. Almost every major sightseeing is no longer than 20 minutes walk. There's a metro station and St Maria Maggiore basilica only 5 minutes from the apartment. Check-in: There's a self check-in/check-out procedure. The access to the apartment is very convenient but the safety is preserved. General: It is a very nice and cozy place with a fully equipped kitchen and all the necessary stuff available. The owner is friendly and always ready to help.

Really good location, short walk to fontana di trevi, spanish steps, colosseum and nice evening strolls! In appartement they really tgought about all the things you should need! We really enjoyed our stay! Metka

Our another hotel was cancelled in a last minute. We were lucky to find this place available. Location was very good and the host very kind and helpful. The big street Nazionale did not make too much noise. Room and bathroom were very clean and very spacious. Thank you Stefano and staff for fixing the place for us that quickly! Would definitely recommend and come here again when visiting Rome next time.

My family and I of 4 stayed for 3 nights in early part of Sept 23. Stefano and Francesca were such delightful host. He contacted us first, a day before we were due to arrive in Rome. The studio apartment we had was not big, but it was situated within walking distances to areas of attraction. We hardly took the Metro. The supermarket is just right opp the apartment, and food was easily available. PS : thank you for the delicious croissants.

The sofa bed! Mattress been jumped on by too many toddlers at a guess🤪 The main body of the room is large and beautiful but if you were like us, we left the sofa bed out 24/7 so an additional comfortable chair in the large floor space would have been nice.

Location, supportive host who went above and beyond to make our trip to Rome a success. Clean, functional accommodation with aircon and all you need to recover before heading out again. Great base to explore Rome with teenagers.

Entering (upon arrival) the property was a bit tricky, had to phone (long distance) to ask the host to let me in. Probably building regulations, not the host's fault.

Property was very good, as I expected. Host very responsive and helpful. Clean, good location, spacious. Very pleasant experience. Found a bottle of cold mineral water in the fridge (40 c. outside) and great Italian coffee for the Nespresso machine.

Rome is like NY and the city doesn't sleep. The room was a bit noisy all night long. The beds were a little firm to our liking. The shower stall was tiny, similar to a cruise ship. We could've used a few more toiletries, soaps, shampoo, etc.

The host met us on arrival to show us the property and explain all the details. The apartment was very spacious and location was close to the heart of Rome and the Central train station. My son loved sleeping upstairs in the loft. This was an excellent room for families traveling with 1 or 2 children. My wife and son liked taking the elevator up and down to the room. The room was very clean. The value for our stay was excellent.
