Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GreeceWith a small effort and maintenance, it would be cleaner and neat.
The area was very convenient. Walkable distance to many major sightseeings, very picturesque and not too touristic.

United States of AmericaThe room was a bit small, but not necessarily a problem for us as we weren’t in it very much. For us, it was perfect.
Great location, walking distance to everything we needed. The staff was wonderful, gave us great dinner recommendations and assisted us with calling a taxi upon checkout. The room was clean and sufficient for what we needed.

AustraliaThe property didn't have a pool, but they do have another property close by with a pool. Access to this pool would have been awesome as it was very hot weather.
We loved everything about this place. The location was handy in proximity to tourist attractions. The room was large. The staff were friendly and helpful- all perfecto. It really is a hidden gem and will stay here again when we come back to Rome.

New ZealandRooms were not very clean, there was accumulated dust under the bed and in corners. The rooms are VERY small, a bed, night stands and desk… not much room to move around.
Amazing location! Just next to the Saint Angelos bridge/castle.

CanadaRoom was a bit too small. The room has a few issues that need updating, faucet on sick was loose and headboard for the bed was stained.
The location was excellent across the street from Sant Angelo castle and very easy to get to all major attractions. Room was small but clean. Nick our host was very helpful and had several suggestions for restaurants in the are.

United States of AmericaThe location nearby to the sites does mean that there are lots of tourists in the area (which wasn't too much of a factor but something to be careful around). Also there is an elevator HOWEVER it is super sensitive if not being used properly. If someone didn't close the door properly as they exited it would not work. The Bridge Suits is on the 4th floor (American 5th) so it was super frustrating on our last morning that we had to carry our luggage down because the elevator was stuck on the ground floor - I encourage all to read the very informative signs! Other than this, honestly I could not have asked for a better place to stay.
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - Bridge Suites is literally right down the road from the Castel Sant'Angelo. You are walking out of it and seeing that amazing structure each time. Since that's right by the Vatican you are also about 15 minutes from that area as well. We were able to walk to all the major sites from The Bridge Suites within 20 minutes or so. It is a little far from the Colosseum but cabs are easy to get in Rome. The rooms were lovely and were very spacious and comfortable. My friend and I stayed in two separate rooms and they were equally comfortable. There was housekeeping every day if you wanted it. The AC worked great! Mobile check in was easy as well - we came in after the front desk was closed and it was so easy to get to our rooms with no issue. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

United KingdomCheck-in was tricky to start with as the main door was closed even though we arrived when we said we would (we walked past it at first). Luckily, some people were coming out that kindly let us in. We were told we should have a link to get in but couldn't see how that would open a key door! We then called reception, who told us to use the lift to the 4th floor, and he met us as we came out. Once we were at reception all was OK as we were then given our keys and the staff were very helpful. At Check-out, we just left our keys at the desk as there was nobody there.
Fabulous location, clean, comfortable bed, and friendly staff.

United States of AmericaIt is a very small hotel with rooms right next to each other and very poorly sound-proofed walls, so if you are a loud person or do not like hearing others' conversations, this hotel may not be the best fit.
The Bridge Suites was a very comfy and cozy hotel that provided the perfect accommodations for my girlfriend and I. The rooms were cleaned every day which was a great bonus. Big bed, lots of closet space, decent-sized bathroom. The workers were very respectful and welcoming.

CanadaThe room and the bathroom little too small for us.. We would have preferred a little more space in the same location. Would have appreciated 1 more hook in the bathroom to hang the 2nd large towel. Also, 2 more hooks to hang clothes that were already warn; one by the room window, another next to the mirrow. I would throw out the artificial plant that sits by the sink, because the space is very small, the plant gets wet and smelly from the mold.
Location is excellent, the suit has big windows and lots of light. Pretty quiet, although in the center if the city. The staff was kind and helpful. The suit was regularly cleaned and toiletries replaced.
