Very good Price/Quality Hotel. It's middle in the hills, nice view. Would recommend on getting a car to get around.

Amazing location, huge apartment, super modern. VERY clean. Beautiful views and great pool and kid pool. Also a playground right next to it for my daughter. Free parking at playground. The breakfast was amazing the staff is so friendly and helpful. they went above and beyond in service. They were so sweet to my daugther. Everything exceeded our expectations and it was. the perfect place to spend time in the hills of florence.

The rooms are not the same, even though the have the same type. There were 2 rooms available of the type I chose for my booking, one with the aircon on the ground floor, but a bad kitchen, another without aircon downstairs but with a nicer kitchen. I would like to have had both. The water in the swimming pool did not have a great quality, it was not transparent at all. When you don't have an aircon downstairs, you have to open the doors to the garden and the main one to have a comfortable temperature inside. It was not always nice. The sunbeds in the garden are really old and rusty. But all that explains why the price is lower than that of the surroundings.

The breakfast had very good quality. The staff was very nice to us. There's a small playground for children right outside, it was very nice. The parking is available around for free, which was very convenient. The Internet quality was good.

Breakfast choices were limited. I expected more from a hotel that has “Resort” in its name. Also, not sure if it’s a booking.com issue or a hotel miscommunication but you don’t find out there isn’t a spa unless you read through the Q and A.

The fact that we were not informed that all restaurants are closed on Monday's and there was no pace where we could have dinner.

The hotel is really nice. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable and clean. If you are arriving late on Monday's please be aware that there isn't any restaurant or take away open so you need to travel by car to another town (approx 6 km).

Internet quality - almost every day it was a problem - wifi signal was weak and speed of internet even you somehow connect was slow No way to use Netflix or other streams during evening

The pool. The ladder to get in was almost broken and the location size and overall feeling of the pool was not the best.

The duplex apartments were vey clean and comfortable. The amenities fit extremely well with the stay. Tomasso at reception was very helpful and supportive during our stay. His knowledge and tips to visit the region makes him of added value to the Florence Hills Resort & Welness.

We had noisy neighbors that seemed to make every possible noise but the nice receptionist called them to ask them to keep quiet. Not enough sun beds by the pool, most of them were “reserved” early in the morning with towels thrown on them

We stayed in a clean spacious two bedroom apartment with a large bathroom and a kitchenette. The property seemed newly renovated and the surrounding villages are just lovely. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure and the breakfast was quite decent

Breakfast was perfect. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, a/c worked great and gave a great break from the heat. All very clean. Best of all the staff was absolutely wonderful, particularly Aline and Tommaso. We had a fantastic stay, we will definitely go back and recommend it to friends and family.

Bungalows equipment could be much better.

The location is excellent, especially for the families with the children. It has pool and small gardens in front of bungalows. The breakfast was very good and staff also.

Location was a little far to many places and located among many houses. If you dont plan on going in the city often then this is a decent stay.

Mosquitoes and bugs in the room, not enough pool chairs and the spa had a basement cell and didn’t look very nice.
