Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FinlandNothing major, just a bit worried bcs we arrived late and got the instructions for self check-in about 2 hours before our arrival time. Also in our room the AC made some sounds that might not be convenient for others.
Comfortable bed, clean room, nice breakfast (cappucino/tea, croissant, etc.),we enjoyed our stay here. Great access to Tiburtina station and supermarkets/pharmacies. Really kind staff (thank you Ana for ur hospitality ☺️)

AlgeriaThe other clients aren't really respectful unfortunately and are loud, but that's not the fault of the B&B
I stayed one night at the Titina B&B, I was welcomed by Anne, she's an absolute queen and ray of sunshine, it was such a delight to exchange with her, even with the language barriers, everything's was smooth. I was initially afraid of the location because of some comments, but I received the exact location on the day of my arrival, there's Tiburtina station at 150meters and you can go wherever you want from there.

KazakhstanThe check-in process at the hotel was difficult. On arrival the door was closed, there was no additional information on the hotel accommodation in the booking. The entrance is not from the street and very complicated, through the house and several passageways, no signage, had to look for people on other floors to ask. Further the hotel manager did not answer the phone right away, it was very difficult to open the door, get the keys and check into the room remotely. Would like to simplify this process.
The location of the hotel is ideal for travelers who have a morning or late evening train. There are both stores, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel room was neat, clean and all the necessary supplies were present. The air conditioning worked, which is important in such a hot summer. Also on the floor there is a refrigerator where you can leave food. And in the morning served a very tasty breakfast with coffee. Quiet, calm, not noisy.

UkraineExceptional staff who did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible! The room and beds are comfortable. Wi-Fi is good. The breakfast is served every morning in the room. You have Tiburtina station and metro station nearby which makes transportation very easy. Personally, we liked walking to Bologna station since there are supermarkets, bars etc. there. Highly recommend Titina, good value for the money and will definitely stay there again!

ItalyThe room was quite small and they cam improve the lights. Due to low light the room looked more dull.
Everything was good the host was very nice and they provide each facility even my flight was in early morning so they packed my breakfast in the night. The only thing I didn't like "the size of my room" the room is not spacious as in the picture" there were two single beds and room was small" except this Everything was good and very convenient to the metro and halal Pakistani resturant so for me the location was perfect. 👌

Good location for Tibertina bus/rail. The staff member was very attentive, we had to leave early for a bus in the morning so she brought breakfast up for us late that night - we slept in and had to run in the morning, so glad we had breakfast to go. A neighbour recommended Enriqos Italian restaurant, a few mins walk away and it was delicious and reasonably priced.

GermanyIf you want to stay to visit Rome, it is close to one of the biggest stations, but to go to the tourist places takes up to 40 min by train, because you still need to go to Termini. If you stay is going to be at least three days, I would recommend you to buy the three-day or weekly ticket, because it is so far away from the sightseeing that you are going to always need it.
The place is really good, the rooms are big enough and they have almost everything what you need. The clean lady maintain the place in perfect shape and the breakfast is really good and tasty. The place is also comfortable.
