Everything was fine. Couldn't say anything bad about the place. Maybe it needs a small fridge.

The location in the center is perfect for tourists, who are interested in the art and history of Parma. The room was comfortable and clean.

If your room overlooks the street, it will generally be quiet but early morning a very noisy street cleaning vehicle will come by washing the street: be prepared.

Perfect location near the Opera House, Pilotta Palace and main tourist attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. Good value.

Could be made cosier and windows looked across to other windows very close so curtains really had to be drawn.no plugs near the bed for charging appliances

No fridge in the room. Too hard bed and pillows. Rude woman working in the breakfast, hope she can learn from the helpfull and smiley reception staff.

Great location for everything. Nice room with a sunny balcony. Nice and helpful staff in the reception. Called us a taxi often and it arrived very fast to the front door. Good breakfast with good varity.

Breakfast was fair. I wasn't expecting a full English breakfast of course, and the options provided were more than adequate. However, the standard of the food could be improved (especially the coffee and the juices).

Although a bit "essential" (expected for an hotel situated in an old building, though), the room was comfortable, very clean, tidy, equipped with all the standard facilities. The staff were very professional, kind and helpful. The location was great: in the core of the city center basically in front of the Teatro Regio.

The beds were too hard and our shower has a leak which can be seen by the door. The leak is bad enough that the flooring is squishy and that’s with multiple towels to try and stop water from the living space.

A perfect location right in the heart of Parma, within 15 minutes' walk of the railway station. Good for travellers on a budget. Simple and straightforward hotel.

The first room I booked had a broken thermostat and was way too hot but the lovely Elena immediately got a new room for me. Brilliant customer service.

Parking costs 25 eur. It is not easy to enter to parking garrage, only for experienced drivers. No warm dishes at breakfast.

I missed the fridge/minibar in the room. I would have needed it to store my ham and cheese which I bought in the town.

The location was excellent and wonderful. I also liked the view from my window, it reflected the athmosphere of the town.

Shower cubicle was tiny (although just about adequate for me), and water pressure in shower was truly awful. It took about 5 minutes for warm water to come through and then it was a tepid dribble. OK for a couple of nights.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and location was excellent.
