Great place to stay in Florence. Can recommend

Was a bit noisy but that’s to be expected staying near the city centre. Still was able to get a good nights sleep. Checkout was at 10:30am. Kind of wish it was 11am

Our room had no view, but that is really picky, being as close as we were to the Duomo and therefore the centre of everything. My wife found the pillows a bit firm, but she does like extremely soft pillows. Lastly there could maybe be a couple more power points, although this didn’t affect us as we were able to charge devices using USB point.

The property is in a fantastic location- 200 metres from the Duomo square! It is also (walking) close to the train station. It is very clean and the fixtures and fittings are good. The bathroom was modern and the shower had good pressure with no loss of temperature that you sometimes get. Instructions to access the property were absolutely perfect, and communications before and at the end of the stay were also great. There was a coffee pod machine and kettle with teabags in the corridor just outside the room and we appreciated the bottles of water left in the cooler in the room. Thank you !

I found that the heating wasn’t the best the first night it wasn’t turned on and I couldn’t work out how to get it on and slept in my beanie and hoodie to stay warm, however the second night the heating was working. The bed wasn’t the best.

I liked the location it was only a short walk to the major sites and the train station and also tram to get to the airport.

There is not a front reception so everything is communicated through WhatsApp.. To gain access, you have to open 2 gates with digital codes (for some that may be a challenge … it didn’t bother us). Had to pay the city tax electronically and would have preferred in person with a credit card.

The location is amazing! You are very close to the Republic Plaza and the Duomo. It was also clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was served 10 minute walk away. it was difficult to find. We missed breakfast completely one morning. It would help if there was a map in the room. Also a good tourist map with information would be good.

Hallway noise could be heard easily but honestly this boutique hotel has only a few rooms so it was not too bothersome but was noticed. Wouldn’t prevent a repeat stay and everything else was very nice.

Location was perfect. Room was spacious, clean and updated very classy. Hallway water machine was greatly appreciated.

Once I left and contacted the host regarding a ring left in the hotel room I asked 3 times, and was told they would let me know and still have not received a response, this was very disappointing.

We didn’t get information that the garage was located a few kilometres away and could only be reached by appointment with the garage via the landlord. We had to drive following a video, which is not easy in this heavy traffic. The breakfast was ok, but ten minutes walk away from the hotel.

Although not a major issue, breakfast was not available at the property and we had to go to a sister property about a ten minute walk for breakfast.

The property is in an excellent location close to the cathedral and other popular attractions. The room was very clean and ideal for our stay and with a very comfortable bed.
