The young lady was very rude. Kept questioned us why we didn’t report the water temperature issue on our first day but waited till the third day!! We just wanted to report the issue when we had time and couldn’t bear anymore as water was not hot enough for the first 2 nights. She kept challenging us why you didn’t report on the 1st day.

The guy, Luca was very friendly and cheerful. He always has smile. Anyway, the location of the hotel is excellent. Only 5 mins walk to train, metro and bus station. Easy to get to and from airport. Walking distance to many attractions. It would be better if guests can control the AC or heat. There are no cups or coffee machine. Daily cleaning is good. I requested a quiet room so the room is quiet for me. Thanks.

Bed was too hard for us, but that’s just our preference. Scaffold up outside so didn’t see it to start with and walked past!

The lady at the reception was tough and talked like a recorded speech. The room was clean and nice but there was no litter bin and on the third day we got one. The cleaning person, every morning, took the used soap (unnecessarily) but never left a new one. Every evening we needed to ask for it at the reception, and once again the lady was rude.

The location is very convenient since it is right next to the train station. And the price was also very fair. The rook was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Essentials for the money. The personal was also very friendly and gave great advices.

The hot water could be hit or miss on occasion. Shower gel could be provided to go with complimentary shampoo.

Michaela was great from our arrival until check out. A map was provided and directions given as well as timings to reach each of the many sights around Rome. The hotel was great and the bedroom had everything we needed.

I wouldn’t say this is the best area to stay in if you’re a woman, especially a solo traveler, it didn’t feel safe, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. We didn’t have heating in the room and we were told that it still wasn’t the season for it but it was very cold in the evenings. Eventually they turned it on but that was on our last night.

Very clean, the rooms were tidied up every day and we were given new towels every day. Room was spacious. It’s walking distance to most of the attractions and if you don’t fancy walking the metro is just 2 minutes away. Staff were lovely and helpful!

Taxi was ordered. It was supposed to be € 55 and take credit card but when we arrived the driver asked for € 60 in cash. Breakfast not included € 10 per person. As simple as could be, a coffee, sometimes orange juice, sometimes water, an omelette, a little fruit cup, one croissant to choose from, a toast and jam, on slice of bread and not even butter. But the elderly breakfast staff was nice. A little disappointing globally.

Luca was nice and gave some valuable information. The other lady was not as pleasant. She did the job but didn't seem especially sympathetic or envolved. Hotels in Rome seem expensive and for the price you would expect a little more. The location is good indeed other than that the hotel is average. We had an ok clean room. The TV was huge but the fridge not working. We were lucky it was quiet. The neighbourhood is full of restaurants and touristic places and shops.

We had a small issue with our shower but as it was only 1 night we didn’t pursue it. I’m sure they would have solved the problem easily if we had asked.

The location is excellent. Close to all public transport links. We arrived by train and left on the airport bus both less than 5 minute walk away. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. They gave us loads of useful information. We also ate in the restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was excellent and the two waiters were so cheerful and full of fun. One of them even played his guitar and sang us a few songs.

The owner, old country man was just awesome. we arrived and realized I had 2 guests on the list without my little baby on it and he added another bed to fit us all in the same room. that was awesome. thank you

Definitely, the shower water. Take more than 5 minutes to reach the warm. The water is cold for a long time. Is not comfortable wait for the hot water and after that, again is going to cold

Nothing we didn't like about the hotel or the local food. The environs are a different story. We were disappointed about how unkempt the general area is. Check out menu prices before you choose to enter a building. You can make your holiday as cheap or expensive as you want.

Comfortable beds. Close to the station.. Lovely staff. Lovely food in the little cafe/restaurant next door. Good fun/interaction with staff and customers.
