The accommodation and location were perfect. The host, Riccardo, was welcoming and gave great advice on how to get there. The apartment was clean and warm. Just perfect for our needs!

The apartment is spacious, clean, warm (stayed in January) and comfortable. It has a very good location. View from the main bedroom window onto the canal near the arsenal walls (rio de le Gomme). It is close to St. Mark's Square. Nearby there is a vaporetto marina, a shop and restaurants. The beds are very comfortable, the bedding is good and the towels are of the highest quality. The apartment has a very good quality/price ratio. Riccardo's (host) care and support at the highest level. ​

The accommodation was comfortable and clean, perfectly suited to our needs. The owner was very helpful, responded to our questions immediately, even picked us up at the water bus stop and accompanied us to the apartment, where he discussed with us all matters related to the stay. We will be happy to use this accommodation again next time.

this was such a cute 2 bd house that wasn’t too hard to find and had a great location, close to rialto and san marco. Riccardo made the trip wonderful for us, he was always so attentive, willing to help and always available with any questions we had! i would love to stay here again!

The staff Riccardo was so kind for everything. He prepared a Champagne and many informations for us. Also we were contented with facilities and could feel like residents not tourists. We were deeply moved by his hospitality until check out. We appreciate it, Riccardo.

This apartment was really close to the Arsenale vaporetto stop. Riccardo was super helpful in advising us how to get there and where to eat and shop. The apartment was clean, quiet and had everything we could possibly need - fluffy white towels, bedding, comfortable beds, everything we needed for cooking and eating and a little balcony to eat and even hang the washing. Highly recommended!

Nothing - all perfect

Wonderful apartment in the perfect location. Clean, spacious and comfortable with all the facilities required for our stay. Near to Arsenale water bus stop, 10 minute walk to the centre and also near to local bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Riccardo was an excellent host, clear and quick communication before our arrival with plenty of hints and tips about restaurants and supermarkets during our visit. We really felt like we had a chance to sample local life, which was fabulous. We hope to return again soon, and cannot recommend highly enough. Grazie Riccardo!

Our host Riccardo was so helpful and kept in regular contact with us before and during our stay. From a bottle of prosecco on arrival, to allowing us to store our luggage a while longer in the apartment on check-out day, nothing was too much trouble! The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning was great too. Very well located.

Riccardo was a great host, he expected us at the vaporetto station, he provided all the useful details in terms of how to get to the location and the touristic objectives we should visit. Our accomodation was very nice and intimate, located close to Venetia's center, in a quiet area. We will always remember Venetia with the Grand Canal, the amazing architectural masterpieces, the art, the Vivaldi concert.
