The room is negatively far from the photos. It is not clean and neat. The walls are stained, the floor looks dirty, The window all around has mold from the humidity. Also the door to the room had a normal key and if you didn't lock the door it wouldn't close. Regarding the restaurant, the chairs need to be changed and the staff needs to be more polite.

Very good location. Garibaldi Central Station is 100m from the hotel and you can use the metro and trains. Regarding the hotel the reception area was beautiful and the reception staff very pleasant. We also ate at the restaurant and the food was very good and value for money. For the room I can only say about the beds which were comfortable and the bathroom which was in very good condition and renovated.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel! *Not soundsproof at all, was situated on 4th floor but could hear the traffic late at night and the airplanes are crazy close to the city, also heard everything from the corridor, neighbours slamming the door, house cleaning, felt like a hostel. * No kettle with tea or coffee and mini-fridge was empty (which was filled in the pictures of my superior double room). *Pictures of the room did not match the reality. Rooms were very rigid looking with no paintings or decoration, just bare walls. *Big rainshower was broke too, too much limescale and lack off cleaning. It did not light up in purple either. *My AC started to drip water down the desk and on the minifridge so I had to take out the outlet for the fridge. I left a request via Booking.com that it's for my birthday and I would appreciate a good room. Previous hotel in Amalfi for the night before my birthday, (B&B Palazza Pisani, highly recommend) managed to accomodate and even upgraded us to higher floor and room type with bathtub. I think this hotel ignored my note totally since they didn't comment it on check-in and I didn't bother either. *Keys worked to open another guests room and another guest also opened my rooms door. Pretty scary. The keys and keyholes are so worn out so it happens after a while that it's possible to open any other door. This hotel has some upgrade to do to earn their stars. Bonus: Sketchy, dirty area, not clean, taxi drivers drive insane and roads are not good. Will not return to either Naples or here.

The surrounding area is dodgy, got pickpocketed, but probably easy to avoid if you have your wits about you. Plus side - there are resturants and the train station a stones throw from the hotel

The location is a little grungy and rough around the edges. We never felt unsafe but we’re very aware of the scrappiness of the neighborhood as we came and went. But we never had any issues and I think it will be fine for anyone used to a city, but there are certainly other parts of the city that are quieter and a little more inviting. But for getting the train out of town, it’s incredibly convenient and comfortable for families.

The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. The family room offered us plenty of space—wonderful for managing jet lagged kids and having separate beds for everyone. The breakfast was amazing—lots of variety of pastries and savory options, helpful staff, delicious food. The location was very close to the train station which made it easy for us to base out of, and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The room is small but the price reflected this.

It is in a good location, but this is a difficult part of town and this street is safe. Some areas nearby are less safe and this hotel is on the right side of Pz. Garibaldi to avoid them. It's a short walk from the station. Breakfast was good, the public areas of the hotel are pleasant and spacious. The staff were very good.

The location is perfect. The people are friendly. The rooms are clean. But the room we were in was old and not the same as in the pictures of booking.com. breakfast is basic. A lot of sweat food but a lot less bread and eggs and so on. For italian standard its a good breakfast but for Belgian standard it's basic .
