Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI have stayed here a few times and am happy to confirm that the experience is consistent with each visit. Check-in has always been fast and pleasant, staff are friendly, and the rooms are always well maintained and comfortable. Easy access 24/7, easy parking at all hours. Rooms are "apartment" style; quite spacious compared to a normal hotel room and has a kitchenette, common area, and a second floor with the bedrooms. Price is always very reasonable. Located within a ~7-10 minute walk of the Metropolitana di Napoli; it is relatively easy to reach from Napoli Centrale. You are within 2 minutes walking distance of a small cafe, and within 5-10 minutes of walking to the water and plenty of restaurants and some shops. The hotel is located in a somewhat quiet area, but if you are willing to walk a little bit, there is plenty to find!

AustraliaThe apartment needs a bit of refurbishment, particularly the bathrooms, but the kitchen was well equipped and the induction stove worked very well.
We stayed for a week and enjoyed Pozzuoli and Villa Avellino. We had a junior suite with a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and a walk in wardrobe for our clothes and suitcases. The bed and bathroom were on a mezzanine level. We slept very well. The best part was the view across the bay and out to sea. It was a quick trip to Napoli and beyond to Pompeii and Herculaneum, a good option for a base to explore the wider area.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was very small. I didn't have much time for breakfast each day and only was able to eat the bread items and coffee they brought out. Fortunately I was still full from a big dinner every night!
The bed was very comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was excellent. Free gated parking was also a huge plus!

BelgiumCleaning staff did not wear masks, and entered our hotel room like this. So this hotel is not a 100% COVID-proof. The breakfast was terrible: a collection of dry cakes and croissants, nothing fresh (no yogurt, fruit, cheese...). And we had to wait 45 minutes each time to get it. This hotel also brands itself as a business hotel, but the WiFi in our hotel room was not even strong enough to update my outlook. The kitchen was not properly equipped (no towels, dish washer products, pots and pans...), so we could not use it.
The rooms are big, and very comfortable. The hotel building itself is beautiful, and nicely located (close to the beach, public transport and city centre). Staff is friendly.

United States of AmericaThe internet didn’t function and this is the main reason we are giving this a lower number. We are here for work and it caused a significant problem to not have functioning internet. I hope this can be resolved soon.
The property is in a fantastic location, walking distance to the port, secured parking available for a daily fee, very helpful staff, breakfast brought to the room, and one of the more comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on at a European hotel. The facilities are clean and our room has a kitchenette if we wanted to stay in and cook.

United States of AmericaEverything was great.
Wonderful hotel near the central piazza and port in Pozzuoli. Fantastic staff and very nice rooms. It's centrally located in a lively part of Pozzuoli and walking distance to dozens of great restaurants, bars, and shops. Short walking distance to metro stops, so also easy to get to central Napoli, Pompeii, etc. on public transportation. We will definitely stay here again.
