You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It was a good family vacation with warm hospitablity of every one in Hotel villa Eleonora with nice view direct to beach from room windows. I would recommend to people with young children. I hope next year would be my vaction destination.

What we loved: Great room, narrow but high ceilings, bright two big windows with ocean / coast line views ,firm mattresses, both my husband and I slept great. Breakfast is abundant, they have a good quality espresso machine so cappuccinos and macchiatos tasted great. Enjoyed the warm and crispy cornetti. We arrived on the first day of opening, the receptionist was brand new and very friendly with perfect English- a great hire choice! Loved the beach was private and across the the Street included two chairs and umbrellas, sand soft and beautiful! If all this isn’t enough there was private parking complimentary as well as WiFi. We arrived to a new trendy bar opening a few doors down so had a nice of fun street dancing…the cocktail bar was called Mentoventi20 if that’s your vibe. Totally recommend as a THREE start Hotel Stay - great value and super happy with our experience for a weekend getaway from Roma.

United KingdomAfter we checked-in and we headed to our room we found out that the room hasn't been cleaned yet. We had to wait for 15 min outside the room with 7 month infant after long drive even if we were checking in late. Eventually we managed to enter in the room and immediately we noticed that external roller shutters were broken and television didn't work. We also requested cot for our baby which meant to be for free. Unfortunately for whole stay nor tv or rollers were fixed. As you might expect we haven't received cot for our baby either so be prepare to sleep together with your baby ;) We spoke with staff about all those problems and we promised to find tv working, rollers fixed and cot beside our bed after we will come back from the beach. As you can imagine non of those things has been done. Another inconvenience for those of you who are planning to travel with little children is that you will be able to prepare or heat up food for your kids only at scheduled times. ( Twice a day/There is no kettle in the room ). If by any chance you are diabetic then be prepare that there will be absolutely nothing without sugar for your breakfast. Even though it does clearly says throughout booking process that everything is included be prepared to be asked to pay some taxes!!! Your stay at the beach is for free but not the day you are checking out. Additional cost 20 euro. Late check out will cost you only 70 euro (even tho they rooms are not ready for check in) To sum up our stay in this so called 'hotel' which cost us 160 euro a night. Absolutely no worth it. Avoid. You will find something better.

ItalyI thought the price was high for what we got. The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was hot. I also didn’t feel that the cleaning standards were very high.
What I liked about the property was the location across from the private beach and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was also very nice.
