value/price good ,location good ,staff friendly ,hotel basic but good

Small rooms, all hotel would need a bit of renovation. First day, when I was taking a shower, the shower door fell out at the time when I was closing it. Also, the toilet seat was moving and not tightened tightly.

Breakfast was tasty, range of choice between eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, breads, some vegetable, fruit. Also sweet breakfast as croissants, jam. The dinner was quite tasty, just pity that almost everything was nearly cold.

I guess it depends on the room you get, however there were occasional issues with heating, either not working or working very loudly(weird sounds), minor issues with bath/toilette water leakage, looks like the hotel deserves re-fit soon or at least a diligent serviceman. (but on the otherside that would mean price increase...). I Recommend to close window shutters nightly as there is too much light and noise from the street all night, this can also partially resolve heating issues. To summarize, do not expect the golden taps and gigabit wifi in each room for this price, personnel tries to mitigate issues at their best. Overall me and my family were really happy.

The personnel is very friendly and helpful all times, also the bufet type breakfast and dinner are great. Hotel is nicely located in the walking distance from both Alba and Canazei. Skibuss station is just accross the street, Ski Room nicely solved. The Restaurant/bar/lobby is very nice and free wifi works well there(do not expect the same in the rooms though). Bar Prices as expected, not high. Beds were comfortable. Free parking in front of the hotel. Looks like a perfect starting point for skiing in Ciampach/Sella. Rooms have alll needed and are not too small.

THIS IS THE 3RD TIME WE HAVE BEEN THERE, BUT UNFORTUNATELY AT THIS TIME, WE GOT ROOM 201. WE DON'T KNOW ALL THE ROOMS, BUT FOR SURE THIS WAS THE SMALLEST IN THE HOTEL. IT WAS A SINGLE ROOM ADJUSTED FOR A DOUBLE BEDROOM WHICH RESULTED IN AN IMPRACTICABLE ROOM WITHOUT SPACE. IF THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME, I DOUBT I WOULD GO THERE AGAIN. SUGGESTION: PAY ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER WHO COME NOT FOR THE FIRST TIME AND TRY TO GIVE TO ALL THE PEOPLE A COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY.

THE HOTEL AND THE STAFF ARE GREAT. IF WE CONSIDER THE PRICES OF OTHER HOTELS CLOSE TO THIS ONE, IT CANNOT BE COMPARABLE. DINNER IS GOOD AND YOU CAN SSE THE EFFORTS THEY PUT TO SATISFY YOUR REQUESTS.

The rooms in the back are near to the river and the windows doean't quite isolate the noise. Also, the bed was not very confortable.

The hotel have a very nice position, near to the main street (with excelent mountins view) and there are many parking places. The breakfeast and dinner were quite good, friendly staff at the restaurant.

The room was really small for 4 adults. I travelled with my family, we had a bunk bed and it wasn't comfortable at all. The wifi wasn't working perfectly, considering that I had to work for many days, I had to use my personal connection, even if I asked them in advance.

The food was EXCELLENT, especially the dinner. I was a little bit disappointed by the breakfast, there was the machine for coffee/cappuccino, not the best. The cakes were delicious, but the jam was the packed one, it wasn't fresh at all the whole breakfast. The dinner/lunch was perfect, congrats to the chef!! :) The waitresses were amazing, we had a brilliant stay there.

Wi-Fi is not available through out the all facility. good reception is only in the ground floor next to the reception desk. the spa is available only by preorder and with very limited time.

we came for ski vacation and stayed for a full week. the hotel is located in a perfect place quiet and peaceful very close to the skibus station. the staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast and dinner was fantastic with traditional Italian cosines.

The rooms need renovation as does the whole hotel. The hot water in the bathroom wasn't always hot. The price overall is a bit dear, in my opinion.

I spent there 6 days and overall it was a pleasant experience. The staff is very kind, especially the receptionist Zethira who helped me solve a few problems I had and who was very professional. I liked also the buffet dinner with different menu every night. Breakfast was ok. They have a good parking space and the position is convenient because it is out of the mess but not far from the center and cable cars. They also have a room for your bike and I have seen some electric cars charging through their power lines.

The breakfast and the dinner were exceptional, great food, from parmegianno, to grilled fish, gorgonzola tiramisu, everything you wished from an italian restaurant!! The lobby was very nice, also the stuff super friendly.

Hotel could be better if rooms cleaning will be done with more accuracy. We didn't want to clean room after guests that used before that room, also we don't have expectations for cleaning every day...bed arranged every day but under the bed dirty and dirty... bathroom too
