I didn’t love that the entrance through the lobby/upper level had limited hours. So when we checked out we had to bringing our suitcases up and down extra stairs as it wasn’t open yet.

Perfect location, loved being at the bottom of the hill in Positano off of the busy road. Easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Beautiful view and clean room.

Best location In Positano. Restaurants and shops all around you and the main attraction is right outside your door. The view is great and it's close to the beach.Vittorio was very helpful and showed us all the best spots to go.

We visited for a short stay with our daughter and her fiance as they had never been to Positano before. We definitely picked the perfect place. Location is perfect, the apartment is lovely, and it is very clean. The staff was both cheerful and very helpful. We will recommend this facility to friends and family and we will certainly return for a longer stay next time.

Balcony was VERY close to pedestrians below, which we didn’t realize. The photos were a bit deceiving. We also had ants in our room. Not sure if this is common in Positano, but wasn’t a pleasant thing to find in our room on multiple days of our stay.

The hotel is right in the middle of town therefore there are a lot of tourists right outside of your window for majority of the day.

Great location right in the centre of town. Beautiful room with lots of room and a balcony with a view out to the ocean. Staff were excellent - extremely helpful in providing assistance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The Villa Flavia is a very small hotel and at the church doorstep. Its 50 meters from the harbour and very central. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. It's a beautiful clean place.

The location is amazing. You are right in the city center, next to the beach and 3 minutes from the ferries. Even though you are in the heart of it, the room was quiet and dark. Had great sleep. Wonderful shower. Front desk provided towels for the beach. Room was large and nice size terrace overlooking the water. Bedroom could use some updating and improved lighting but bathroom was updated and modern. Enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Poorly staffed! Broken equipment! No amenities!

It was convenient to the beach! It also had a nice private sitting area where you could have a drink and see the ocean! They have no one on after 8 and nobody on the desk again until 9 a.m. so, get your questions answered. The ice machine was broken during our 3 day stay! We we’re in an inside room with no view! We booked and paid for 5 days but the lack of amenities and service caused us to leave 2 days early!

Location is second to none, in the heart of Positano. Vittorio was so kind, helpful, & informative. Really nice accommodation, rooms equipped with everything you would need. We will definitely be back to Villa Flavio Gioia.

We had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon! The view from the balcony was just incredible, and the staff were super friendly - we particularly appreciated the celebratory bottle of wine! The location is also second to none. Thank you for a lovely time in beautiful Positano!
