Limited areas to sit outside, likely due to season. Pool garden area looks nice; in season, I imagine quite nice area to relax. There is some outdoor seating outside bar area. And in back but appears to be for events/banquets.

Hotel shuttle from/to airport is great and easy to organize. Staff super friendly & helpful. Restaurant & bar onsite. Comfortable, large clean rooms. Nice old, historic villa. So close to airport.

Location to the airport and availability of shuttle bus was excellent.Meals and wines provided at dinner were fine plus very attentive staff made it a pleasant evening. Surroundings were exceptional making it an enjoyable location to have a pre dinner spritz. Bed comfortable and warm shower. Overall an ideal place to stay prior to leaving Italy .

Everything was as I had expected from communication with the hotel. All went smoothly. lovely staff and a great breakfast. Excellent location for convenient access to the airport.

Although breakfast was included in the room price , we did not have breakfast as our flight was very early in the morning and there was no time for breakfast. Would have been good to have the cost of the breakfast refunded to us.

The setting was lovely. So close to the airport yet very peaceful and green. We liked the information sheet about the history of the hotel.

Very beautiful villa with lovely interior. Very good breakfast. Helpful staff, including the hotel driver who took us to the airport. It is good there is so nice place to stay close to the airport where is possible to do check in even at 1 a.m.

The price is well set and priced appropriately. However, I would expect a bit more modern facilities. It feels dated. For example: (1) rooms have actual keys, not cards, so it was not convenient for a family of four to be independently moving around. (2) the dinner at the restaurant was excellent food-wise but a bit overpriced compared to many excellent places we were around in Genova, Florence, and Bologna. (3) the room for 4, one king bed and two single beds, was nice and big but didn't have a chair or sofa to sit on. This was inconvenient as the pool area was closed (only open in the summer) and there was no area to relax other than the lobby sitting area. A sofa in the room would have done the trick, or open the sitting area around the pool/garden even if the pool is closed. The bar was closed until 5pm so even to have a soda or beer to relax, you couldn't. (4) the decor of the dining room was poor to non-existent. The building looks awesome and it deserves better inside. Flowers, plants, paintings, different lighting for the dinner tables (not just indirect fluorescent from the super high ceiling) would have created a much better atmosphere. (5) the same dinning room was used for breakfast and had the same lack of decor. Tables were just table cloths and utensils... (6) the worst part of our one night stay was the breakfast. Extremely disappointing buffet. Very poor choice of cold cuts and pastries. Bread was only sliced bread. Coffee was drip coffee with no automated espressos/latte/capuccino machine (they exist... we had wonderful coffee from these machines in other hotels in Italy.) Eggs and bacon were not worth it. Overall, the breakfast showed a lack of care. It doesn't take much to just create a nice experience. But the buffet table was just set with similar lack of taste as the dinning room as a whole. I recommend the management take a look at this part of their offering...

Extremely convenient to Terminal 1 (1 minute by car) and out of the buzz of the airport, so more relaxing. The building is nice and the room was big, clean and spacious. Bed were very comfortable. Very quiet and beautiful area just next to Malpensa. Staff was nice and professional.

We could t walk there from the airport and the local taxi had a minimum charge of €30 for a 2 minute ride…

Chick in anytime, our flight was the late flight and we were able to check in no problems. Breakfast was included in the price and was lovely. Staff were really nice and helpful. Room was modern, minibar.

The coffee

The location was perfect convenient to the airport. The shuttle picked us up and dropped us off. The breakfast buffet was very good as was the dinner we had in the restaurant. Lovely setting and grounds.

7 euros is a little bit expensive for the shuttle bus.

The hotel is very close to the airport, but they did an excellent noisy control. The staffs are all very nice and helpful. It will be great if the cost for the shuttle bus is cheaper, like within 5 euros, now is 7. All in all if I stay another night near the MXP, I will choose this hotel again. And I will recommend this hotel to my friends as well.

Selection was very continental and what many would have for a lunch/snack. Perhaps us British we like a good healthy meaty breakfast to last us the day ! The restaurant was looking tired, and needs jazzing up. Breakfast was well enjoyed.

The old-fashioned door key is cumbersome.

Right next to the airport. Under 5 mins to get there. Hotel is a gem. It is very charming unlike most airport hotels. Room is very comfortable and spacious.
