To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Kingdombeds could be more comfortable - very hard. a fan would have enhanced the air con - the position meant rooms only got cooled if all doors wide open. I don’t think our room was cleaned in the 10 days we were there, though we had frequent changes of towels & bed linen.
good amount of space in the bungalows - 2 bedrooms, lounge/kitchen & bathroom & some garden too, as well as the lovely pool & tennis court.

United KingdomNo major dislike, it was really lovely, however if i had feedback we would have liked a clothes line or drying screen for towels and swim gear. On our last day we found a clothes line round the back but I don't think I would have used this as there was lots of mosquito at the best of time without going into a grassy/woody area. It would also have been useful to get the instructions for the arrangements for changing towels and emptying bins in English. It would have been nice to have some info on the area in the apartment and things to do but no big deal.
The space, the apartments were a really good size and the pool, bar and other areas we saw were always spotless

ArgentinaThe villa was a bit tired looking. Furniture and interiors need a bit of a lift. Also, our villa was supposedly for six people but the table only seated four.
The surroundings of the hotel and villa were beautiful and very well kept. The pool area was also very nice (although we did not use the pool). It was nice to have a bit of a garden around the villa - it was handy with our dog.

Property was clean well maintened and the maintenance staff were very helpful the 2 gentlemen were extremely helpful . I would recommend this a as place to stay for a vacation

BulgariaThere’s fee for using the stoves. I guess that’s ok, but how much gas can you use in five days.
Great friendly staff. Great location and the property is very nice - the area by the pool, the bar, etc. Villas are well equipped, well designed and you can have quiet outside evening party.
