The accommodation is very basic, the door would barely shut, not safe to leave anything of value in there. Also swelteringly hot in there and mosquitos galore. If you're good at camping its worth it though for the location and facilities.

The location is excellent right on the sea front, there's a great shop with anything you could need in it, staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant did great food.

I had a couple encounters with a waiter in the restaurant who was openly frustrated that I couldn't communicate with him - I speak some Italian. I'd say it's pretty normal to run into 8-9 people who are willing to awkwardly try to communicate and 1-2 who are openly flat out rude when someone doesn't speak their language. It was no different here, but I definitely avoided sitting in the restaurant area after that and ordered my food to go. I want to come back and I love learning Italian so I'll practice more!

Hugo greeted me with such kindness and helped me facilitate transportation to the resort. Once on site he showed me around, pointed out the restaurant and mini-market and found someone to help me with my bags. When I got to my room it was dark but the path was well-lit. The next morning when I opened the windows, I could not believe my eyes! The views are spectacular and there are big windows in most rooms that swing all the way open. The beauty was breathtaking. I also had a private patio with stunning views. The beach is super close, gorgeous, and right next to a bustling beach club. I enjoyed the quiet private Villagio beach though and didn't feel tempted to check out the neighboring beach. Villagio Nettuno is quiet and just absolutely beautiful. Part of the area is a place where RV's can park. Another section offers mobile home rentals and another offers bungalows. I was in a bungalow which was situated across the street from the RV's and mobile homes, which are absolutely beach front. I came from Cinque Terre, which has a big night life and found the Villagio peace and quiet just amazing. The air conditioning was perfect, hot water and water pressure just fine and the bungalow was spacious overall. I hope to return.

No air con in the rooms, only in the kitchen meaning we had to sleep with both bedroom doors open each night to stay cool

Location is brilliant for the bay and restaurants, and if you are there to scuba dive as we were. The staff at the dive centre were brilliant. Very chilled about everything but still ensuring it was all done safely.

Little things - no basics in the kitchen (salt, sugar, washing products), squeaky beds.

OK restaurant by the beach. Nice view and all over nice staff at the mentioned restaurants. Nautica Bassa Marea and Salvatore where very nice with rubber boat rental.:-) The staff by Villagio Residence Nettuno where also great.(reception with Hugo, minimarket etc.)

We never made it to the water located across the street and down a couple flights of stairs- it seemed too much of a bother.

We loved having our private space. The woman who worked at the shop that sold coffee and pastries was fantastic. We loved how close it was to some delicious restaurants and we loved the tour to Capri.

We stayed for one night. At the beginning, we saw ants in the bathroom. We were about to go to sleep and we started to see bed bugs and ants (again) on the bed sheets and then on the pillows. We tried to call the reception (no answer), we texted them on the app Booking (no answer). We tried to sleep in our car instead but it was too cold so we had no choice but to sleep on the table. The next morning we tried to talk to the director who barely spoke to us and told us that it was only mosquitoes without even looking at the pictures and videos and stopped talking to us after that. He ignored us without making any compensation. I REALLY don’t recommend this place.

The ping pong table and foosball table were both broken and unusable. The small playground was for young kids only so they was nothing for our older kids to do on the property. We had to cross a major road to walk to the beach which made me nervous with kids.

Our bungalow was very simple. Two bedrooms, a bathroom and small kitchen. The only place for our family to gather and play games was the patio outside.

everything is cheap. everything. super thin walls, poor quality bedding and pillows. you have to clean everything but are not supplied with any cleaning stuff, and if your booking doesn’t state heating/ac then you’ll have to pay and extra 15£.
