Our room had a toilet very close to the hand basin which was very cramped. And relaxation desk

Restaurant beside Hotel & Bus stop close by made it easy for meals and getting around. Staff were helpful.

Coffee machine in the breakfast could be better, not the quality of coffee you would expect in Italy.

Good service for its price. We had a room with view to the courtyard and it was dark but very quiet.

No breakfast. But there are bars very nearby.

This is a nice, clean and affordable small hotel. As others have said it is about a half-hour walk from the center - we didn't mind it, in fact enjoyed it as relaxing (and safe). The facilities were clean and the internet was solid. Free parking. Friendly and professional staff. Great place for the price, i'd stay there again.

The bathroom was tiny and due to not having a window it got pretty steamy in there after a shower. Not sure if the place is really worth the (already reduced) 60€ that we paid. That didn't include breakfast but after days of traveling and numerous cake breakfasts we needed a bit of a break from that anyways. The Wifi was freely accessible but it kept disconnecting and you had to type in the cryptic username and password again and again. There should be an easier solution.

It was convenient to park our car just outside the B&B in the street since it is not restricted or for residents only. We strolled into the centre of Siena which took about 20-30min at a relaxed pace. There is the option to use a bus as well but we preferred to see some of the town's real life outside the touristic areas.

a bit far from the city center, barely any eating options in the area. We wanted to have dinner and the nearby restaurant was closed although it was 20:00. Ended up eating at a nearby hotel's resturant which was a very bad experience

    low price, friendly staff

No elevator, if you have heavy bags, you'll have to bring them up using stairs.

Breakfast is included in price. Free parking, Good for families which don't need crowded tourist hotels and noise.

Location - too long of a walk from the center; buses run every 10+ minutes. The room was filthy. Huge black starburst pattern over the climate control unit, crack in the ceiling from water damage, grey film on the walls, thriving mold in the shower, sticky tile floor in the room.

Front desk staff was friendly, breakfast was OK.

There was a full height wall behind our window! Only a slot of light came in! The room was too small and the bathroom even smaller, with the shower almost over the toilet! There was an unfunctional kitchen sink built-in inside the wardrobe(!!!).

L'albergo non era facile da trovare. Eravamo a piedi. E 'stato specificato di essere ad una distanza di poco tempo a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Vero solo se avessimo preso la strada verso l'alto la montagna, utilizzando le scale mobili. Questo avrebbe dovuto essere sottolineato. The hotel was not easy to find. We were on foot. It was specified to be at a distance of a short time walk from the railroad station. True only if we had taken the straight route up the mountain, using escalators. This should have been pointed out. We took the bus and asked people who all had no or deviating ideas on the location of this hotel.

Very tiny room couldn't breath. Very smal bathroom. Overpriced (also because of the Palio)-but not worthy. We were 5 mins late for breakfast..at the end we got it...

The breakfast wasn't so good and we had to stay in a small room underground to take it.Is a pitty that they didn't serve the breakfast outside.

Our camera on the first floor was clean and sunny with many windows. The flowers outside the hotel were very beautiful!

Staff at the front desk not readily available for check out The fact that there is no elevator Rooms are quite dark & there was no view. Not walking distance from train station if you have luggage as it is an uphill walk - needed to take the bus.

Quaint clean room; good size. Bathroom & shower facilities were very good. Great breakfast assortment for B&B. 7 minute downhill walk to il centro (without luggage)

Rooms are not soundproof so we could listen a lot of noisy from people leaving the pizza place just 20mts away from the hotel. Breakfast is just average.

Very helpful staff, close to bus stop where you can quickly take a bus to the city center, comfortable bed and local wine available in the room.
