Although the room was stunning, the light in the jacuzzi bath didn’t work. Someone said they would get maintenance to fix it but this didn’t happen, and the bath leaked quite badly when we had the shower on so our showers had to be very quick. The rooms were not very sound proof, although this did not bother us at all and guess this is because of the age of the building.

We had the most incredible stay with you. The room was stunning and spacious. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and loved the Whatsapp service they offer. They kindly arranged Prosecco and strawberries to celebrate a big birthday which went down a little too well! Would 100% stay again and recommend. The walk into the city was quite long but the option to have transport was incredible! Thank you to everyone for an incredible and memorable stay. We have fallen in love with your city.

The front desk staff (Alessandro) were all truly exceptional! The property was clean, we had a surprise upgrade to a wonderful room, and the food served for breakfast in the morning was incredible!!

The location not in the center , you have to to take taxi or waiting for the shuttle times , rather than that it was excellent and exceptional.

Everything ! The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was gorgeous and so clean. The spa with saunas and indoor pool was perfect to relax after long visit day in Firenze. Special mention to the delicious buffet breakfast. The location is great, near the river and bit away from tourist areas, more relaxing. Their free shuttle is convenient to go and back from city center. Probably one of my best stay so far. It greatly enhanced the experience in Firenze

Nice to have access to a spa, however, the temperature of the pool was not as hot as we would have liked. You do have to reserve this, which I think is appropriate in peak time, but maybe not needed off peak.

Fantastic service from all staff and all very kind - nothing was too much trouble. Very handy having access to a WhatsApp number when out and about for queries. Amazing food and drink, thoroughly enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant. Great, varied breakfast each morning. We liked the location, it was around a 25-30 minute walk into the main city along the river. Alternatively there is a free shuttle - but we did not use this as our preference is to walk. Room and bathroom were very clean with perfect amount of space for a short break, with a wonderful view of the river.

Nothing could have improved our stay. The people and the building were just perfect. If we had one criticism the price of ice cream was a little OTT.

We went in late October, the pool was cold but I loved it. The hotel and staff were exceptional in all aspects. We had a couple of meals at the hotel that were fun and interesting. We also booked a couple of high-end restaurants in the city which we didn't enjoy as much but with the help of the concierge we went to a couple of local restaurants to the hotel that were fabulous. If you are happy to be just outside the city next to the beautiful river with canoeists and rowers practicing just outside your window, this is the hotel for you.

It was a bit further away from the historic centre than expected. We made good use of the shuttle car which is a great idea. But we still Had to take a fair number of taxis.

Amazing staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Lovely breakfast and dinner. My 9 y loved the spa facilities !

Loved our room with a view of the river. The breakfast was exceptional with so many delicious options. We enjoyed cocktails from the bar before and after our daily adventures. The staff was wonderful and always willing to help with transportation and recommendations.

check in , attentiveness of staff, service of staff superb, cleanliness outstanding!! only thing would be a little more breakfast variety ie make us an omelette or pancakes, waffles but mainly make omelettes, but other than that outstanding !!

A beautiful hotel. We had a wonderful week here in August celebrating my mums 60th birthday. The hotel is stunning. We were very fortunate to receive an upgrade on our room and had a lovely view over the river. My mum had a balcony to her room, which she loved. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The pool is beautiful to cool down in from the 40° heat and a lovely place to relax after days spent sightseeing. The hotel runs a regular shuttle which you need to book, but we used this nearly every day, perfect to get to the centre of Florence. We had lunch on the first day in the hotel restaurant which was lovely and ordered a couple of times round the pool. Fantastic cocktails (and mocktails - which I opted for being 5 months pregnant). The mini ice creams at 5pm were also a lovely treat! The spa is hidden away under the hotel and we visited this a couple of times, which again was beautiful. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We loved our stay and definitely plan to return with our new addition.
