We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I stayed in the most amazing room ever!! It really looked like a palace. My schedule was really tight and I was leaving to lake como otherwise I would’ve stayed longer. The entire hotel was extremely regal and the staff was very helpful, welcoming and kind to me all through my stay!!

BrazilI booked a room with a city view and was given a indoor room. Asked to change it and was told that the room I booked (which had explicitly city view described) wasn’t actually city view, to be a city view it has to be described at some other place. I mean you have to guess if the hotel really matches the booking.com description as Westin in Milan didn’t. Anyway I didn’t get city view for my 5 days stay tho I paid for it.
The size of our room, breakfasts was really good too.
