Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesHonestly the only thing i didn’t like - the air conditioner wasn’t working at all! Not even a little and i read in some reviews the same. I honestly wouldn’t have booked it after reading but my parter convinced me otherwise. We thought they would have fixed it - recharged the Freon in the air conditioner. The air conditioner wasn’t working at all not even at 5% capacity. It was uncomfortable an extremely uncomfortable night.
It’s a Beautiful Property absolutely lovely. Has so much potential if they maintained their hotel. Fixing the air conditioner.. watering the plants etc… just poorly maintained.

Czech RepublicTwo main issues: A/C and noises. Not sound proof room doors - I mean, doors are there just for the privacy. You can hear everything from the hall. Main door has strong closing power - so every time someone wants to come in you hear a big bang. When you have quiet neighbors then it is not an issue. We had an issue only last night out of 4 when 2 pairs came from the restaurant around 2 AM... In the morning the same story. Who was awakened earlier, then others were suffering from noises. Regarding A/C it was barely holding 26°C inside ours room. But better than nothing. For some reason at night around 1 the A\C loss it power and it became hot inside. But during the day it was sufficient. Subissue: ticking feeling during nights. We had some ants in room from the garden. During all nights we felt some ticking on our bodies. Maybe from the ants, maybe from the used washing powder - I dunno.... But definitely not any parasite we checked that ;)
Great view from the rooftop. New towels and cleanup every day. Fridge available. Plenty of wardrobes. Big outside terrace. General TV. A/C. Helpful staff. Free WiFi. Comfortable beds and a lot of pillows. The whole 5th floor belongs to the Zaccardi.

IrelandAir conditioning system was broke. while we were there, they did provide a fan as a replacement but it wasn’t as effective. Some problems with small bugs coming into the room from the balcony. Location wasn’t the best but we knew we would further out of the city and there were regular buses
The roof garden was a lovely feature, good response from staff when needed and good language skills, regular room service. Restaurant across the way associated with property was lovely!

United KingdomThis property is a little further out than expected, between 10-15 euro in a taxi/ Uber into Rome city centre. We’re a healthy active couple but walk would have took us 1 hour 30 minutes! If you expect this taxi journey into town and back every day then this accommodation is perfect for a couple!!
Lovely clean rooms, beds were very comfortable and staff were very nice when checking in and good communication on the run up to my stay! Lovely bug balcony and fridge in room which was handy for bottles of water etc!

GreeceUnfortunately it was a very bad experience... Let's start from the fact that while there is a supposed air conditioner, it was as if it didn't exist, it didn't perform at all and as a result in the month of August when we visited the accommodation we were bursting with heat even in our sleep. Then the insulation in the rooms was unacceptable as you could hear everything from one room to another. Check in was in a restaurant directly opposite the property where no one spoke English - although the property information says English and Italian languages available - they were very rude and didn't even welcome you. As if all this wasn't enough we discovered ( as we had visited the accommodation two couples in adjoining rooms ) that the door to the floor and the doors to the rooms opened with the SAME KEY!!!! That is, we all days until we found out, we left room to explore the city and our personal belongings or even money- jewelry were inside. Even when we were inside the room to sleep outside the door was unlocked normally because from the inside no key could be left on the door which was a huge problem For our safety!!!! Let's not comment on the fact that there was a virtual reception on the floor but there was never anyone there to help or even supervise the place..In addition, while they told us that we would get our money back, they only paid one couple and did not help the other couple to get their money back.

PolandThe room was very small, and the TV screen was terribly placed causing the hitting of the head while passing. I won’t say that the room was not clean, but it may be worthy to clean it better and do some restoration, e.g., the water was leaking out of the shower. The other thing is that there was no basic stuff in the room like bottle opener, kettle, mug, nothing. It is also very unlikely that the room service starts vacuum cleaning of the corridor at 6:30 AM.
There was indeed a big terrace, nice for sitting outside.

RomaniaOn the day of arrival they sent a message saying the air conditiong broke and they are waiting for the pieces to get it repaired. Then at the reception we asked for more details and we were told a repairman would come the next day but that did not happen. When we asked the cleaning staff they said it will probably not get repaired since it hasn't been working for a long time and it doesn't work in any of the rooms!
