Believe me, we did not see any negativity. Everything was perfect.

A historical and dreamy historical house next to the canal. Everything is sparkling and clean. Daily cleaning is done. We had a great time as a family in the most central place of Venice. Close to everywhere. The location is perfect. Staying in a Trihi building is like a dream. They helped us in advance until we arrived at the facility. There's also champagne waiting for you. Excellent breakfast, left to the room in advance.

Reception and follow-up to family arriving to B&B was amazing. Claudia followed up with our booking in Jan for March. Had a great stay. Can't recommend enough for individuals and family who want to see real Venice during day and night. Thanks you.

The doors and locks are not modern that is charming but a bot noisy. However, for its cost, it was not a problem for us.

Location of the hotel is really great – everything is near it. The host Claudia is nice and attentive. Amazing Wi-Fi!

Awesome location, really nice looking place which looks typical. Breakfast was normally not included, but in the end we were still welcomed with a basket filled with various pastries. The host was really nice we had no problem at all during our stay.

The location was excellent. Very close to big name sites. Also getting on and off the vaporetto on the main canal was easy. Room was comfortable and clean with all essentials, including mini fridge. We were able to drop our bags off early which was helpful.

It took us a while to find the B&B, as we arrived by train, but this was largely down to us learning how to navigate Venice (Google maps didn’t pick up our GPS location well)! Would recommend jumping on the vaporetto if you have suitcases to make it easier - there are a few stations near to the accommodation.

Host was very helpful and provided lots of recommendations to us which we appreciated, as well as offering help for getting to the airport (there is a direct vaporetto a 2/3 mins walk away). The room was a great size and had all of the facilities we were looking for (including tea and coffee!). Plenty of storage space, the place was immaculate and tastefully decorated.

Everything was fine. Nothing negative to say here.

Very centrally located and convenient to get to all the touristic places within a few minutes. We could return during the day to rest for a little while. Room was very comfortable. The Santa Maria del Giglio stop is very near which allows easy and quick access to the public water transport. Our host was very gracious and helpful. We were not expecting breakfast as there was no meal option with the room. However, there was each day laid out in the room some pre-packed sweet savouries, croissants, toasts, jams, nutella with a hot water electric kettle, tea and coffee granules. There are very nice bakeries just round the corner and we could get fresh breakfast and coffee in the morning. The pre-packed breakfast came in handy when we had to leave early in the morning.

Fantastic location in regards to all the major attractions. Also nice to wander away from the crowds and see the multitude of back streets and canals in Venice. A short boat ride or 30 min walk from train station. Clean and comfortable. Nice touch of condiments and tea/coffee for a quick breakfast.

Everything was perfect. Flawless communication, great location, a short walk from Giglio waterbus stop (Alilaguna Linea Arancio), a nice cozy room, clean bathroom, very good restaurant Ristorante da Raffaele close by. We had nothing to complain about.

Claudia could not have been more helpful, she gave us great directions and made an easy arrangement for us when we realised we were going to be late checking in, she gave us heaps of helpful tips on things to see and do in Venice - she really made our stay that much more enjoyable!

We had no problem with the entrance stairs but some visitors need to consider this.

Traveled with my grandchildren and the room was perfect. This was a stopover before traveling to Paris, so we only had a few nights there. But the location was so close to the boat stop and walking distance to everything! The receptionist was very nice and gave us a warm welcome. Also, the snacks and light breakfast treats were wonderful, along with the coffee and a bottle of persecco!!! I would definitely stay again!

Expensive (but Venice is!), and had a bit of confusion on the city tax as it says you have already paid it but you have to pay after but resolved once clear.

Lovely place, allowed us to check in ourselves and very helpful video to find the place. Location was good and room comfortable
