This hotel is truly outstanding! Although the rates are on the higher side, the value you receive is absolutely worth it. The staff are exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. The property itself is expansive, offering ample space and numerous amenities. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Stayed on the recommendation of a friend who uses the gym every day when he's in Jamaica. The day of his 70th birthday when he was due to meet me he was turned away at the front gates. Very poor show.

Not much. Everything was great. The menus at the restaurants were not huge, but there was food for any type of eater. People had a tendency to leave their stuff on unattended pool-side chairs and cabanas all day, which cut down on access for others.

For starters, everything. It was an extraordinary experience at an incredible location -- the beauty is difficult to describe. I could not recommend the resort more highly.

There is nothing we didn’t like… but it isn’t cheap. My advice though is to stay in the founder’s cove area, not in the new Eclipse zone. The beaches in Eclipse seemed to be inferior. However, one can hope between different areas with no problems, there are no restrictions

One of the best resorts in the world! Classy, spacious (both in terms of property’s countless acres and large living space in villas and cottages staying right by the beach), lots of shade from huge tropical trees, beautiful landscape, impeccable service, world-class restaurants and bars (some by reservations), almost unlimited options for activities (besides swimming and water sports, golf, horseback riding lessons, picket-ball and tennis, yoga, running, gym, etc.), very friendly and relax atmosphere, multiple options to move around within the property (from walking, to free bicycles and golf-cars)… No wonder the Queen and Princes of England, JFK, Bush Sr., RLR, Elon Musk, and others stayed here, dome multiple times…

Our room was a touch dated, the furniture in our room was a little beat up. the floor in the bedroom and the tile in the bathroom could stand to be updated. the bed was a little hard but that’s so subjective, my husband had no problems. The food is is VERY expensive, 3/4 of our meals were wonderful and 1/4 were good but not exceptional.

the beach is spectacular, could not ask for more beautiful beaches. we went snorkeling right off the beach and saw a few fun creatures. our cottage was right on the water and was simply perfection. the staff were EXTREMELY helpful and kind. the main buildings were beautifully appointed and very comfortable. we enjoyed spending time there rather than in our room. we enjoyed. lovely dinner on the beach that just could t have been beaten. I don’t know how they do it but almost no bugs to speak of. at one point I saw a few flies but bugs were a non-issue. they didn’t seem to exist on the property!
