Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Canada- The carpets in the third floor are filthy. It didn't feel like a decent place whatsoever. I am not sure about the other floors, but the 3rd floor was dirty. I really wish they change it. - The room carpet was also dirty. It didn't seem to me they ever washed or checked them. - Bathrooms are OK, but i found some dirt, and didn't feel like all that was worth the price. I paid $430 USD for both rooms, and the least I expected was some clean rooms. - Food was also bad, and not tasty, I know Jordanian food is great, but I didn't find any of that here. - Gym is closed.
The staff were nice, all of them were friendly and helpful, but honestly i didn't like the idea that the guy told me he will upgrade me to a suite instead of two rooms, but then gave us 2 rooms with a connected door.. I felt misled.

United States of AmericaZero management presence, if you are running a hotel that deals with business travellers and people who are waiting for another flight understand their needs dont take advantage of it quite frankly id rather spend the the extra 20 dollars to go to Amman to get a good experience, Extremely poor F&B options, the worst sin is extremely poor internet, which no one does anything about to rectify. And just a general lack of staff training or an ability to deal with any body on any level of customer service, my advice is to spend the additinal 20 JOD and find a better option in Amman, unless the convenience is the most important thing
it's a transient hotel designed for people who are transiting, so yes i understand the lack of detail but some things are just unexcusable

United States of AmericaThe hotel needs a major renovation. Almost everything is broken or not working properly. The door of the room and bathroom does not close properly, the hair dryer is melted, the phone does not work, the TV remote does not work, coffee spill was not clean up after whoever was there before us, the fridge does not work, the carpet is super dirty, shower full of scum...etc
The staff, driver, and café staff are extremely nice and hardworking individuals. We were treated like family and they were extremely helpful. Checking in and out was as smooth as possible. Thank you staff and receptionist and driver for everything.

United KingdomFelt expensive for what it was (mainly paying for the location, really) and stank of damp. Not much available by way of food and breakfast wasn't great. Ensuite was a bit grim. Fine for a 1 night stay (which is what it's designed for) but wouldn't have wanted to stay longer.
Good location, convenient for airport. 2 min drive from arrivals. Very friendly staff, really lovely people. Lots of amenities in the room, they really tried - toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving kit, etc etc.

BelgiumTwo complimentary bottles of water were waiting for us in our room, but we were surprised to find that they had already been opened and contained water with a strong chlorine taste (the same bottles at the hotel's restaurant were OK). Very unpleasant hotel staff, except for the shuttle drivers. Queeing twenty minutes for checking-out at midnight.
The very convenient location when you have to catch a plane in the middle of the night. Good buffet dinner.

United KingdomWe had an amazing stay in Jordan and booked the airport hotel prior to flying home. Well, there was nothing ‘super deluxe’ for the extra price we paid for our room. Room had clearly been given a quick whip round to clean. Cups were still dirty, curtain was hanging off. The pool was closed (we arrived at 4pm hoping for a swim as per the pics, but were told it had already closed). The whole hotel generally had an odd, depressing, half-closed up vibe. Some basics might have cheered us up slightly - some natural light, along with at least a decent cup of coffee at breakfast instead of the sachets (no staff around and not one clean table to pick from, despite it just being us and one other group in there). Basically, feel like we paid quite a lot of money and were mis-sold. On the plus side, the bed was fine despite the thin sheet, the staff were friendly and it was at least handy for the airport!
Near to the airport for our flight the next morning. Free shuttle bus.

United KingdomLooks unloved and rather ashamed of itself. Staff sullen and unhelpful. Decor is tired and 3rd floor lift lobby positively grubby. Only one restaurant open, and that had all the charm of an aircraft hanger. Despite several conversations with desk staff about eating arrangements, none mentioned that we had to buy a voucher at the front desk to use the buffet. There was no bread provided, until asked for three times by us and other diners. The room was OK but the shower was falling apart, and proper water pressure only available on the highest temperatures (I would say dangerously hot). Gym and pool facilities chained up, and no bar.
The location for an early departure next day is perfect, and the hotel shuttle was very good.

United KingdomThe bathroom was tiny but reasonably clean and well stocked with basics but the bathroom bin had not been emptied and was full from previous guest/guests which made the whole bathroom smell terrible. Left before breakfast. Evening meal options poor. Quality of food not great. I believe it is the only airport hotel so again, options limited. Connecting door was unlocked meaning strangers could have entered but as we checked it and realised, a manager quickly locked it. Security lapse!
Left too early to try breakfast so it may have been brilliant. Proximity to the airport is unbeatable.

Saudi ArabiaWas not clean enough in the room and other area of the facility. Also wasn’t maintained as well! Found too many stain in the carpet at the corridors! The key card did not work and it took me three times to go back to the desk to redo it but failed to open the room door.

GibraltarThe room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, some of the communal areas were filthy, the window was filthy, so much so they had two curtains closed over it in the daytime. The staff are doing a bare minimum job, especially in the buffet restaurant. It was as if they are government employees with jobs for life. It is a charmless experience you just need to ‘grin and bare it’ through.
This hotel has a monopoly based upon the location alone. The bed was very comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was fast!
