Requested for an iron box, it never came. Wanted a late check out but was not granted. Hotel was extremely busy, so won't put the blame. Biggest disappointment was FnB. No buffet tags, no staff taking orders in the pool area, no beach front restaurant. Even though we ordered in the pool restaurant, for the food we only have to go and pick up. Staff won't be serving, that was quite appalling. In breakfast buffet lots of live station, yet in omelette section, only 1 type of omelette was served, no garnish whatsoever. Staff were looking visibly tired. Coffee wasn't good. FnB could have been a lot better.

Facilities were top notch for a 4 star hotel. Well maintained even though it is a 30 year old property. Lots of swimming pools, including a water ride, wonderful beach with self mud bath Facilities, spa, etc. were excellent features. Ample parking space was available. Rooms were spacious. Children will be kept engaged.

Drinks at dinner are paid :(

This resort has everything you need to relax. Good breakfast and dinner are included in the room cost. Also, lunch can be purchased separately. The buffet has a huge variety of food. Comfortable and big rooms, big bathroom, balcony. Many swimming pools and a private beach. Mud from the Dead Sea is always available at the beach. Also, showers at the beach. The spa service is super good. Life music and dancing performance in evenings. Jym, souvenir shop. We so much enjoyed our stay here!

Due to ramadan, the access to the dead sea and pools was closed at 630 pm. Thas was not mentioned in the web page not even during the check in process. It was so sad I could not enjoy the rest of the day at any of both places.

The location was great, in front of the dead sea and with the opportunity of getting mud.

The Place was clean and the rooms were big. The staff was also very kind all around the resort.

For quite a price hotel is weird they don't give free access to their sauna - and not only is not free is ridiculous expensive - like 25 euro for 1hour. There was a construction near by - therefore there was lots of noise during the day. Also they don't have a water dispenser at all time - so you basically have to buy water, which is also not cool I will say from a fancy hotel that can provide water to their guests (no - the little bottles from the room don't count as they are not sufficient). Additionally - the opening hours to access the sea is a bit restrictive - starting at 9 in the morning till sunset.

It is a great location for relaxing time and spa treatment directly in the dead see (in the of-season time - i don't know if is similarly relaxing when is full season). I had a room with a view (got upgraded), comfy beds, office to work, couch to relax; breakfast is generous and tasty. They have many locations around the hotel like bars or chill areas so you can spend your time with different views.

Probably because the low amount of people in the hotel they were doing some maintenance in some areas but it was still okay. Also the deserts in the buffets were not great.

The location is ideal since you can easily go to swim in the Dead Sea.

bit tired in places- sports bar could do with a re-vamp. (pool cues poor). breakfast box not very good. car machine didn’t work- so had to get out cash, which I’m charged for. didn’t use outdoor pools as was cold!(off season)

location- only picked as was on the Dead Sea. staff friendly . good value for money.
