The staff were sometimes a bit reluctant to help, with things like towels and the spa. But the reception and restaurant staff were lovely. Our biggest problem was some of the other guests, we were a group of 3 girls and there were a group of men who kept badgering us and following us around the hotel/ beach and pools. Their behaviour and our discomfort was obvious and none of the lifeguards did anything to stop it, they even made it worse sometimes. When you pay that much to be in a nice hotel and a nice private beach, and you don’t feel safe it’s a real shame.

The pools and private beach were amazing, and the hotel was generally beautiful. The location was right in the city centre as well.

Hotel has great potential but needs renovation. Rooms are old and outdated, furniture in restaurants is old. Food quality is ok but can be improved Housekeeping is ok but can be better

If you are a beach and sun lover than this hotel is for you. I enjoyed the beach area the most and the view. All staff are friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Haneen at the reception, Ahmad at the beach bar, Rowena at the Palm restaurant and Chef Mohamed for making me feel like at home.

Sound isolation between rooms is not good.

One of the best experience I ever had with a hotel was when I stayed at Movenpick in Aqaba. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were royalty! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. I’d like to thank Ms. Taraf for the incredible hospitality as she upgraded my room as a welcoming and all the receiption team as well. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable, with all of the amenities you could want from a five-star hotel. Breakfast was served in a large dining area with an outdoor dining and food was great.

Rather than expressing dissatisfaction, I would like to offer some suggestions that could enhance the overall comfort for your guests: Firstly, The only significant drawback I noticed was the lack of a dividing curtain or wall between the shared balconies of the 600-series rooms. Finding a solution to this issue is crucial and will be beneficial for the privacy of your guests. There would be a benefit in slightly improving the ventilation system, as it creates excessive noise, measuring over 72 decibels as far as I could tell, which unfortunately detracts from the quality of sleep. Additionally, it would be beneficial to at least symbolically stock the kitchen area with essentials such as plates, cutlery, etc., that could be used if needed. Improving the entrance wardrobe to some extent would also be advantageous. Lastly, the TV channels were inadequate, with some channels not broadcasting at all.

Your staff was exceptionally friendly, polite, solution-oriented, supportive, and helpful. This was the first and most significant aspect that impressed us. We were also very satisfied with the cleanliness and hygiene of the room. In terms of location, almost everything was within walking distance.

the rooms would still require a renovation, their appearance is outdated, the bathrooms are very old-fashioned with dirty tiles, the wooden accessories also need to be better maintained.. of all the staff we met, only one lady from the reception was kind to us seemed with an inappropriate, hateful attitude, possibly due to the fact that we are Europeans and come from another culture..

very good location, close to the Aqaba center and right on the beach...the hotel is very nice, nice lounge and restaurants, very well maintained garden with swimming pools, special private beach with very fine sand, smooth entrance to the water, perfect for families with children, and a beach bar with reasonable prices.. The staff in the restaurants and at the breakfast is very kind.. a very good option if you stay in Aqaba

the receptionist, Taraf, gave us an upgrade. it was so nice of her especially after the difficult circumstances my mother had to go through last month. the upgrade was the cherry on top. it made out stay more enjoyable and more relaxing. the security personal, Sana'a, was so fun to get to know and very welcoming. She has got a cheer-up spirit.

The service could be better organized. We waited around 30min to check in, even if there were only 3 people in front of us. The staff (or the process) could be more efficient, especially during rush hours. Also, I wrote to the hotel asking about tours before my arrival, and no one ever replied. We still really liked the hotel, but (considering it is a five stars hotel) these points could be improved.

The hotel is beautiful and located right at the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and the beach. The restaurant and the breakfast were also great.

The loud music from 8 to sometimes 10.30 pm was annoying (in the room with courtyard window), the terrace was dirty all the time because of the birds

The beach itself was really beautiful and had all the necessary facilities and very comfortable sunbeds, breakfast was delicious, the hotel interior has good design

The dinner buffet was a little disappointing, there was not a lot of variety. Also, there weren't a lot of fruit options. Another point, the wait line at the reception was long, I understand that they might be under staffed but some times the service would take too long. Also, food and drinks very expensive.

Breakfast was very good. The room was beautiful and spacious. The beach is very nice and private, far enough from the pool so we don't hear all the noise. Maybe I would suggest that you offer a map either in paper or online so we understand the full facilities that are available.

Food variety for lunch and dinner options in the restaurants was the same across all three restaurants- burgers, fish, chicken and sandwiches. You’re not allowed to bring in any food from outside the hotel. Nowhere to get snacks in the hotel either. Staff are very attentive but also too attentive, taking plates away before while you’re still eating. They’re very eager to please. Nothing to do with the hotel but Sinbad water sports cancelled our boat trip as we were waiting in reception. They tried to to blame us saying we were late but we were waiting for the shuttle that didn’t exist. We booked for the next day and it was fine, glass bottom 2 hour boat is more than enough time if you’re not a diver. Iced coffee prices are a tad pricy. The evening entertainment was terrible. The singer was far too loud and the acoustics did nothing for her. We had this for 2 nights until 11pm.

Private beach access, pools were clean and well attended. Very varied breakfast. We didn’t have the buffet dinner so can’t comment. Comfortable room, we were upgraded too!

The pools are full of chlorine, they burn your eyes my sons eyes swell up very bad from all the chlorine in the pool so we had to stay at the beach which was fine but there was a lot of broken glass on the beach from beer bottles which was also inconvenient with my the two kids digging up sand and building castles. We had requested a baby cot in the room for our toddler they brought it up and left it out side set up so w head to put in our room alone which was difficult as it didn’t fit through the door. When we came to put our toddler in at night we realised there wasn’t even a mattress in the crib just a wooden plank we called reception for a mattress and they sent up a duvet cover to place underneath him which we didn’t do as it’s quite dangerous and still uncomfortable.

The breakfast and house keeping staff were very friendly and attentive always smiling and ready to help. house keeping cleaned our room twice a day and always left us enough water and things for the kids. The reception staff were also very nice they upgraded one of our rooms to a suite and the second room was connected which made it easier with the kids and for us all to be together.
