Location and amazing staff

Location of this hotel is great for everyone who wants to have quick access to Petra. It's only about 3 min walk away. Was positively surprised by complimentary fruits and soft drinks left in our room as well as the small pack of Dead Sea cosmetics (sea salt, shower gel etc). These gestures made us feel very welcomed. Special thanks to the receptionist (sorry can't remember the name), who gave us two extra hours for the check out, so we could enjoy wandering around Petra to the max. Breakfast boxes given to us for the same purpose were highly appreciated!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Petra Moon! The hotel staff was very inviting and attentive to all our travel needs. The breakfast buffet was more than we could ask for and hit the spot with an assortment of great local and international choices. I overheard a local giving a tour group a class on the local spices and historical trade routes. He was very knowledgeable and detailed with his class. Petra Moon is across the street from the gates of Petra making it a perfect travel local. We had a family room which was large and very comfortable.

Great location - right across the road from the entrance of Petra. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I did not have breakfast, but the mezze platter I had for dinner was delicious. Would definitely come back.

The Petra Moon is in an excellent location to the visitors centre and is a cleana md comfortable hotel. We shared a three person room, the beds were comfortable and a very generous complimentary snacks and water! Staff were very pleasant, food tasty and just a thoroughly wonderful stay!

It was very clean and friendly. They also provided a lot of complimentary items to really make our stay that much better. There is also a rooftop where we got to watch the sunrise, it was beautiful.

The location is the best, very close to the gate to Petra. Breakfast is delecious and plenty. Friendly staff and provide good suggestion to complete the trip. Raja is very kind help us dress like local before entering the Petra.

This hotel is quiet, super clean and very comfortable. When we drove up to hotel, a porter came out and helped with bags and then parked our car. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was in a great position to walk down to the treasury at night, and for another walk in the morning. I would definitely stay here again .

Nothing! Only feedback we have is that there could be hooks in the bathroom for towels and robes and that there be more options for vegans for dessert, which we were asked for feedback on before we had a chance to raise. Fantastic service from all staff members!

Location of the property is perfect, staff couldn’t be more helpful and kind, facilities were comfortable and clean. Couldn’t ask for more.

There was nothing I didnt like

This hotel is a must. Location is perfect if you want to go and see Petra! On arrival after a 6hr drive, reception greeted us and checked us in extremely efficiently. The room was perfect, views were amazing. Everything in the room was complimentary from bath salts, to face mask, water, fruit, crisps, chcolate and nuts. Everythig you need to do Petra. This hotel definitely gets my vote. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and on our day of checking out of 4 rooms, they offered us to keep one room free of charge so we could shower after walking 20km before moving on at 15:00. Thanks Petra Moon Hotel - fabulous service

the staff was very welcoming. We parked our car in a private parking lot and delivered our luggage to the room. They offered anise tea and biscuits while they were checking us in. The staff is ready to give the last shirt. In fact, we went to a late-night show in Petra and were worried that it would be cold. The receptionist gave us his jacket to keep us warm. Gifts were waiting for us in the room - fruits, cosmetics and a free minibar.

It's located on a quiet street so it might not be good to walk around at night.

The entance to Petra is 5 minutes away from the hotel. The room was clean, comfy and spacious. Toileteries were plenty and smelled so good. Free big bottle of water which we needed. So recommended!
