We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IsraelThe bathroom is too old, toilet is smelly and water is not flushing well ,the AC is old and not cooling, and I expected some drinks in the cooler as 5* hotel. I called the receptionist several time nobody answered
Breakfast was excellent, but staff should pay more attention to the customer requests, I went to ask for omelet and waited for five minutes and nobody showed up, staff should be offering coffee as 5 * hotel And most of the tables lacked for salt and pepper

United KingdomThe only thing I didnt like to be honest is the Hotel Taxi, they have a Taxi office on the ground floor of the hotel, the 2 guys there are a rip off, we agreed on a price while I was travelling back after checkout and suddenly after arrival the driver changed his mind and started hustling for more, He took another 50% of the payment for nothing demanding its his right, I didnt like it and this ruined the end of the trip having such behaviour while traveling from Amman, So avoid the Taxi office downstairs (or if your in need then just avoid the guy with the mustache called Abu Haytham), what a ripoff that guy is.
The Hotel is great, welcoming staff, great stay, I really liked the hospitality of the hotel, you dont feel like your traveling and it feels more like a place you reside rather than a place your staying if for short periods of time, room service is great and breakfast is superb, Id highly recommend if your staying there for relaxation and comfort, If your a tourist this is a place Id recommend since you would need daily ammenities, cleaning, breakfast and all the chores that you can ignore and focus on your trip, Its one of those places to give you the comfort so you enjoy your trip to the max.
