Malaysiagood location but there's a hill leading to the hotel so be ready for that after a long day of walking. Only one elevator so you have to squeeze or wait.
Check in/out process was a breeze. Friendly staff and had luggage storage. Gave us an amenity bag after cleaning the room.

It was close to Shibuya crossing, trains, food market etc. The hotel was close to a big road but you coldn't hear the traffic.

United States of AmericaThere is no sofa or comfy chair to sit in the room. When you have done a day of walking around Tokyo, and you need to rest your sore feet, the only place you can sit and be comfortable is on the bed.
The property was very clean and well kept. The front desk clerks were wonderful people, ready and willing to help with anything I needed. The on-site coffee/breakfast shop was great. So much good food. The beds were very soft and plush which was very welcoming.

AustraliaThe hotel is good but these were my little issues I had. Only one lift. So staff use the lift too which just added to congestion. The room was too small for us and according to the evacuation plan we had the biggest room. The bed was comfortable but too small. The air con worked well but at night it was too hot in the bed and the air con doesn’t go below 20. Because the room are so small they get hot quickly so at night it was hot until I opened the window. The only English Channel on the tv would default to Japanese despite changing the settings a few times. The audio would be in Japanese.

SingaporeShould be a good location, except it's close to a kilometer from the station, and up slope. So good luck with dragging the luggage from Shibuya station to the hotel. Booked together with breakfast expecting a good start to the day, but what you get is a coupon to eat at Komeda's cafe attached to the hotel.
Hotel was no fuss and a place just to stay the night. Nothing memorable.
