We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe room was TOO warm. I could not turn on the AC. They should allow the window to be opened even just by a few cm. I was literally suffocating and boiling in there. It was hot even tho I shut off the heating system. It was terrible.

TaiwanCheck in machine scanning and copying my passport. Bed was soft like marshmallow! I prefer a harder bed, but I managed to sleep. Traffic noise was audible but tolerable on a higher floor.
Thoughtful and kind staff, convenient location near restaurants and grocery stores, two pillows to choose from, good amenities, shampoo and body wash smelled nice.

JapanI often stay in APA hotels as they are usually good sized clean rooms, with comfy beds and friendly staff. This one was no different. I didn't have breakfast but I used the onsen and it was OK. However, this time I felt the walls were much thinner as I could easily hear the person next to me and others walking up and down the corridor and going in and out of their rooms. I've never really noticed noise like that before in other APA hotels, and it woke me up a few times.
