You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location was near Chinatown. This is my second time staying and i love staying here. Kobini was the open 24hrs on the ground floor. Lots of places to eat. There is a big park in front of the hotel where you can sit down and enjoy the view along with the Yokohama DeNA Baystars baseball stadium.

JapanThe rooms are smaller than average and the beds quite hard.
The hotel is in a convenient location central for entertainment, sports and Chinatown. Parking is adequate if a little limited, though there is ample public parking nearby when the hotel spaces fill up. Owners of larger cars and high roof minivans will have problems though.

JapanThe breakfast service was really slow and seemed to be understaffed. Most of the food was cold and oily. It was too heavy for my taste. On my next stay, I will not use this restaurant again. I felt the restaurant did not meet the standards of the hotel.
All the locations I wanted to visit were easily accessible from the hotel. The room was very clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt safe because security was good.I will probably stay there again.

All are fine. Very near to Chinatown but quite a long distance to walk to other attractions. Anyway still OK for me to walk. Only the summer heat makes it a bit crazy, haha.
