We enjoyed staying at this hotel - breakfast, ramen, popsicles, onsen, pajamas, shower water pressure strength, separate washer and dryer facilities. All the staff was friendly and helpful. It was in a good location.

Only because I stayed in the Ikebukuro branch before, I will say the breakfast spread could have been better (Ikebukuro offered a full buffet while this was a limited selection, albeit still delicious!).

The staff were really amazing, they were patient and answered all my questions. The onsen also sets this apart from other 3-star hotels. There was enough space to fully open my luggage, which I can tell you is never a guarantee in Tokyo! Dormy Inn never disappoints and I hope to stay with them again!

They should have advertised in advance that people without tattoos cannot use the spa and bath facilities. If I had known that from the start I would have booked somewhere different.

The room was very cosy but instead of having a 2nd sink, it would be desirable to have a closet to keep some belongings instead of having to keep the clothes in the suitcase. Still, I understand this was a design choice made in the past. Overall, great experience!

Booked in Japanese Style Room. Room is small for 2 adult and 1 kids (6yr) We can't sleep on small bed. We have to sleep cross on the side and our feet is beyond the bed. I stayed in many Japanese hotel but this room is too small.

Very Good Location. Easy access to Akihabara Station. 200 metre away from Akiba area. Hotel is very good. I like Dormy and Onyado Nono Chain. All Onsen, Noodle, IceCream Treat and so on.

the front desk was so accommodating and helpful. the room was just right for a lone traveler like myself and it was clean. the location was perfect- not to far of a walk to the heart of electric town but far enough to avoid the crowds and very close to a subway station that connects to the main JR lines. the rooftop public bath was great too

everything was to my expectations and then some. I knew the room would be smaller than american sized hotel rooms but the cleanliness and the quality of the room and bed canceled that out. it was perfect for one person

clean room, nice roof top onsen that was clean, complimentary evening ramen and ice pops, great customer service. convenient location from the ginza line, away from the main crowds but not too far off from the heart of the electric town.

Room was so small, much smaller than we expected, and room price seems to be a bit overcharged considering the size of the room.

Onsen at the top floor was so excellent and exceptional experience in Tokyo. Breakfast was also well served with a typical Japanese foods.
