The wifi in the room disconnects from time to time.

The hotel is 3 minutes' walk from the central station. A small and quiet hotel. The breakfast is very tasty. We got a room with 2 very comfortable beds and the room is very spacious.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, although I had made a mistake on booking the rooms, my mistake. Ended up with 1 non smoking and 1 smoking room. The non smoking room didn't appear to smell of smoke. Comfortable beds and good bathroom. Breakfast was good with several choices and beverages too. Laundry facilities were very useful and takes 100 yen coins. Good views of Mt Fuji from both rooms. It's about a 45 - 60 minute walk to the main bus station. Taxi costs about 1600 yen. The free shuttle bus is useful for getting to the main bus station.

I didn’t like the behavior of the staff where they didn’t want to offer salt after asking. The breakfast staff out rightly denied providing salt. This was very upsetting.

Outdated rooms. No powerpoint in the bathroom. We booked two rooms which were next to each other - wifi only connected in one room. Shower was terrible - sprayed out at the wall.

Location is close to Fujisan station. Room size was generous. Free breakfast included. Free shuttle bus. View of Mt Fuji from the room window. Comfortable pillow.

Our rooms were clean and spacious with a clear view of Fujisan. The staff were really helpful. And one particular staff member went above and beyond in helping us resolve a matter with JR East. We really appreciated his help.

Fujisan Station Hotel is located a few minutes walk from the station and bus port in Fujioshida. The rooms are a little dated but incredibly clean. The breakfast room has a very pleasant outlook and the staff were very courteous. Views to Fuji-Dan outside the front door and it’s easy to walk to local shrines, cafes, bars and vintage stores.

Supposed to be a room with Mt Fuji view, however, only allocated lower floor room, Mt Fuji is behind trees and bushes.

Left something to be desired. Bread choices were tasteless. Margarine not butter. Coffee ugh. Other food ok.

The staff were very helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. Location was great being so close to Fujisan Station where we could catch local buses and trains to places of interest nearby very easily. An added bonus was being able to purchase tickets to FujiQ Highland at the hotel which allowed early entry into the park.

The hotel is a-bit dated but the room we stayed in was clean and the staff were courteous so it makes up for it.

Friendly staff. Quick check-in and out process. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Great location, accessible to most places to see around Fujiyoshida.

Hotel is a bit old, breakfast is not so tasty, but ok. It could be more European style, as you receive many international guests.

Hotel is very close to the railways station and also restaurants very you can eat are not far away. We had a walk also around and could enjoy the local life style

My room was "mountain view" and it technically was, but the window was very small... maybe because it was located at the end of the floor? We were able to see Mt. Fuji but I wish the window was a little bigger.

I booked a smoking room by accident and found out about it too late. So I was expecting terrible smoke smell in the room but it was not too bad. The hotel is located in the walkable distance from Fujisan station.

Everything is a little worn out. The rooms were clean, but the lobby furniture could use a little refresh.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and breakfast is included which is nice! It is easy to get to Mount Fuji and the Chureito Pagoda from here.

Hotel is a little dated but is still great value for the location! Mattresses may be a little firm for some people.

Very close to Mt. Fuji and the local train station. The staff were exceptional and very helpful in organizing an early morning taxi to take us to Fuji 5th Station.
