For dinner; We asked for a reservation from Steak House Jinseki, saying that we came from a very far country and regardless of the reservation time. As hotel guests, we could not find a place.

I could only get a smoking room, but that was my fault for not reserving earlier and only that the pillows are not very confortable but maybe it is because for foreigners we use different pillows.

The hotel is very clean, luxurious and the best thing is that just outside the Hiroshima Station, so you do not have to carry too much your baggages.

The room was on a lower floor and the views weren't great, but the lovely Japanese garden on the balcony made up for it.

Great hotel with super convenient access to Hiroshima's train station. We originally booked it just for the convenience of being on the actual train station, but were completely impressed with our room. We've visited some really nice hotels in this trip, but our four-person room at the Granvia was the best by far. Huge by Japanese standards, and incredibly homely and well equipped, from the lounge space to the huge bathroom. We also loved the small Japanese garden on the balcony. And of course all immaculate and in absolute perfect condition. The breakfast restaurant on one of the top floors had brilliant views. We just wished we had stayed longer!

Nothing except finding a restaurant which served just a simple Japanese breakfast was not available. The hotel had a restaurant that had a breakfast buffet, which was good, except a bit pricey for everyday.

We were wonderfully surprised that the hotel was "part" of the Hiroshima station. It was so convenient, especially since the weather was rainy and cold. The staff was very helpful in getting our luggage sent from the hotel to the airport and to the next hotel in Kyoto. The "takkyubin" form was very confusing to fill and they did it for us. Hotel rooms in Japan tend to be smaller than in the US, but there was sufficient room for us.

Very bad check-in staff. We arrived 14.30. Check in was from 14 and our rooms was not ready and we need to wait. Very bad hospitality We wanted to buy breakfast but it costed 3000 Y, crazy.

Fantastic hotel, location right at Hiroshima station with escalator access inside. Lot of food options in the station. Even the Starbucks coffee for an Australian was pretty good, better than in the US. Room was very comfortable, wished we could have stayed longer
