Great cabin. Warm. Very close walk to the main street in Echo Land to catch the ski shuttle. Great service picking up and drop off at the Hakuba train station. Staff were very welcoming and also helped us with booking taxi's. Great value for money

The area is a very western area where it is harder to get the authentic experience of being in Japan

The hotel shuttle to/from bus station was very convenient as was the free shuttle to the ski slopes that departs just down the road

the facilities were perfect for a large group of 4 families totaling 14. All 7 bedrooms have en-suites so everyone has their own private space as well as great communal areas. Chika and family were amazing and very hospitable providing shuttle services to lift areas and onsens as well as helping with restaurant bookings.

We were a group of 4 and hired the whole lodge. It was amazing, excellent location, great bathrooms. Chill was so lovely and helpful.

We had 7 people in our cottage it was small , there were bigger ones which we would need next time to fit us all, it was quite crowded at meal times.

It was a neat cottage close to everything and very clean the beds were comfortable.

The room temperature was not able to be maintained by the air conditioning, kept fluctuating.

The owner of the property was exceptionally nice and helpful. The free transportation provided from and to the train/bus station made our life much easier!

The living area was not great. The couch was very small and uncomfortable. We couldn’t all sit together and chat in the living room comfortably. I would also recommend they put in bedside tables and lights.

Location was great! Right next to the main restaurant strip in Echoland. Also great shuttle service to Hakuba 47.

Wish there were a sheet of house rules rather than finding signs on a wall everywhere.

Wonderful cottages- heated floors, comfy beds, space for ski equipment and a beautiful outlook to the snowy surroundings. Staff were helpful and kindly picked up/dropped off at train station. Super close to the Main Street of restaurants etc.

A bit chilly in the winter- especially the rooms w/out tatami mats. However, there is good heating.

This was a great choice for a family ski holiday. The location is convenient- the shuttle to Goryu and Hakuba 47 is out front, rhe shuttles to the rest of the hills only 5 minutes walk away, close to Echoland and in a quiet setting. Cottages are spacious and bright. The night taxi stop is only 5 minutes walk at Cherry Pub.

Coziness of the cabin made very relaxing to come home to after a long day out on the slope. Small kitchen with all the necessities if we needed to cook, were provided. Plus all the appliances, fridge, freezer, microwave, rice cooker, and conventional oven. If you dont feel like cooking very convenient to restaurants and slopes. We stayed there 2 weekends where it was white out. Staff at the cabins were up earlier to plow roads and parking lots for easy access. Also let us utilize brushes and scrapers for car.

the mattress’s provided were very clean but uncomfortable. my back was aching each morning.

the property offered a cozy and closed off atmosphere safe for children. There were also many delicious mom and pop restaurants in the area.

Cleaniness of the utensils and cooking equipments. The toaster oven is filthy.

The location is great especially you are skiiing around the area. Driving is essential and parking is right in front of cottage. Better if washing machine and oven is available inside the chalet. The utensils and cooking equipments are quite dirty. The sofa is quite unclean too.
